“Les livraisons sont de plus en plus compliquées. Presque un mois d'attente pour recevoir mes soins. Donc forcément un moment sans crème de disponible. Ce qui est vraiment dommage parce que j'aime beaucoup les produits.”

“I had big expectations for this product. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I’ve been using it for 10 days but had to stop. Because my skin looks incredibly irritated and swelled. It’s a pity though.”

“Products are good. * Packaging could be improved. * Option for pumps for serums. * Repackage the cream cleansers with some pump dispenser. * Not all serums contain the same amount. If I buy 2 of the same serum, bottles are not filled im the same amount.”

“Diciamo che la spedizione non è stata celerissima, molto più lunga di quel che era indicato. Ho acquistato 2 prodotti, il siero lumizela che mi lascia la pelle un po' unta, forse non è il massimo per questa stagione, e il gel idratante, che mi piace ma non riesco a valutarlo bene perché applicandolo dopo il siero molto untuoso confonde un po'. Per vedere risultati comunque ci vorrà un minimo. Credo che proverò in ogni caso altri prodotti. Mi sarei aspettata qualche sample da provare, invece nel pacco non c'era neanche un leaflet.”

“Le shipping était rapide le site est très détaillé mais pour l’instant j’ai l’impression que ma poussée de boutons est due aux produits ou à l’un d’entre eux mais je ne vois pas lequel je vais poursuivre encore un peu avant d’être sûre”

“Unfortunately did not suit my skin which is quite dry. After application it absorbed OK but still left my skin feeling dry. Sorry!! As I do like to support independent business just not for me. (Age 69)”

“I still get the white cast effect/bits On my fingers that are like putting on sunscreen. So it is only this that I have an issue with. Like the grapefruit smell. Like the idea of the things in the product. This is my first experience. And would definitely consider buying something again, just not sure if it will be this! (Bought vitamin c spf30 amil whip.)”

“I have been using the vitamin C cleanser & Amil-C whip for about a month now. For me personally, they have not had the desired effect that I was looking for. I like that they’re in scented which is really good for my sensitive skin and they have bad a bad reaction to my skin like many other skin care brands. But I don’t think they are doing a great deal, my skin still looks dull and I have been getting dry patches which meant I had to revert back to a richer moisturiser throughout my time using these products. I am a little disappointed as I had such high hopes for these products after doing the survey.”

“Hi there; I recently started using the Exaglow 5% tranexamic acid serum on part of my face affected by melasma; after 5 applications, I noticed some small zits/pimples only on the areas where I had applied the serum; then I stopped using it for 3 days and they went away; can you please let me know if this is a normal reaction? I am wearing SPF50 during day-time. Thank you in advance for your reply.”

“Die Körpercreme ist sehr angenehm. Die Gesichtscremes mit Vitamin C sind ganz schön bissig, aber erfüllen bestimmt ihren Zweck. Ebenso das Tonic. Das Make Up ist sehr trocken. Man braucht sehr viel Creme darunter, damit man es dezent verteilen kann und es nicht wie eine Maske auf dem Gesicht liegt. Insgesamt der Eindruck, dass es sich um Kosmetik für Teenager Problemhaut handelt. Für ältere Haut nicht pflegend genug. Den Kundenservice kann man aber wirklich loben.”

“I bought my usual Night Cream which I love, but when I opened the box (see in the image: new) I realised the lid was different and did not have the safety lid label. I am quite disappointed by the lack of the safety label, to be honest, the product does seem to be as fresh as it used to be.”

“I was so excited but i have to say my skin is a bit oily after using them these days. Maybe the cream or the serum. Could I know if you have other type of creams oil free? Thank you. Also i added a photo because I was looking some products to feel my skin clean and fresh.”
