“Amil c whip or whatever its called, crumbly and doesnt set nicely on the skin and very kind of cakey idk whats up with that, rest of the products feel promising good results”

“Habe u.a. die Creme Amil-C Whip M5 LSF 30 bestellt und nutze diese schon länger. Für mich nicht genug Feuchtigkeit, auch wenn "voller Feuchtigkeit " in der Beschreibung steht. Benutze ich mehr als eine erbsengroße Menge, zieht die Creme nicht ein und liegt pappig-weiß auf der Haut und fällt in Bröckchen von der Haut.”

“Der Lippenbalsam ist sehr pflegend und ein gutes Produkt. Leider ist der flüssige Lipstain von der Farbe her ganz anders als erwartet und passt nicht zu meiner Haut.”

“The delivery was quick and was updated along the way. The creams i purchased, although they were hydrating, I felt they were not long lasting, after as much as 10 minutes, I felt I needed another cream.”

“Off to a bad start as shipping was delayed because one of my items was out of stock (not apparent when ordered) and I had no communication about this until I queried why dispatch was taking so long. The response from customer service was pretty mediocre., no particular apology or interest in my concern. The products have no arrived - I really like the makeup brushes and blush and would reccomend. The face cream is also nice, light with a fresh smell. I find the body cream too thick and takes ages to absorb...plus my daughter said it smelt of pesto which wasn't what I was going for!”

“Je trouve les produits facetheory vraiment top et très abordables. Seuls bémols : les délais de livraison que je trouve assez importants (d'autant plus que lorsqu'il y a des ruptures, on ne nous propose pas la possibilité de recevoir deux colis, du coup on est obligé d'attendre la totalité de sa commande pour un produit) et le service client qui, malgré sa réactivité, ne promet pas le même accueil selon la personne qui a pris en charge notre demande. La bonne qualité et l'efficacité des produits font que je reste quand même sur 3 étoiles malgré ces axes d'amélioration.”

Nicole, Thank you for your feedback. It could be either the cleanser that makes you break out or the moisturiser is too rich for your skin. The cleanser contains AHA and BHA which exfoliate your skin and can make you purge, which is caused by using a chemical exfoliant that loosens the gunk in the pore and speeds up cell turnover, thus bringing the clog in the pore to the surface faster. Reducing the usage of the cleanser to every 2 nights in the first week could help to reduce the new breakouts. The moisturiser though could clog your pores as it's not non-comedogenic and clogged pores lead to new breakouts. Hi Terry, I had a look at what you've ordered and it was a toner which is usually for the face and I cannot see where it mentions that it's for legs. I am sorry if this was not made clear on the product page that it's a face product. “Good product but it takes for ever for them to ship my products ! First I got a shipping msg with a tracking number 3-4 days after my order, but it took 4 extra days before they actually send the package.”

“I have only just started using these products and so far they have made me break out worse than ever but that could be because I have switched products so it wouldn’t be and a fair review, the lip scrub is very nice and I would highly recommend”
