“I purchased the Ocuwake Eye Cream, I have applied them morning and evening but it makes my eyes swollen, maybe allergic reaction. I have high expectations so bit disappointed.”

“I purchased the mini travel kit so I could try out the products first, I like most of the products, I just wish the day cream was the texture of the night cream as not keen on the whip feeling and how makeup sits on face afterwards.”

“The customer service is great. Gave me a refund when my package got lost in the mail. A couple of weeks later my package turned up so I ended up getting the two products I ordered after all but I can’t say I’m a fan. I got the glycolic acid body cream and scrubs. The body cream leaves a sticky residue when you put it on that makes me have to wash my hands. And although the scrub is supposed to be unscented it smells like bar soap. I’ve been using both products for about 2 weeks and noticed no differences so far in my skin. May just need to use longer but so far not a fan.”

“Ich mochte auf Anhieb das Gefühl nachdem ich den Cleanser benutzt habe, es fühlt sich sofort glatt und "wach" an, und riecht super frisch. Allerdings hat er bei mir leider mit den nächsten Malen Irritationen auf der Haut, feine geplatzte Äderchen, rote Stellen und ein eher "brennendes" Gefühl ausgelöst. Vielleicht ist die Säure zu stark für meine Haut, das weiß ich nicht. Weiternutzen kann ich ihn daher leider nicht.”

“I have been using this brand for about 2 years now and it has been good for my skin. However, I have noticed that the texture of the Regena C20 Serum has changed and it does feel the same on my skin. The texture feels rather oily and I don't feel that it is penetrating into my skin as well as it used to which is a huge disappointment!”

“Ordered Amil C-Whip and the Supergel oil free moisturizers. Amil C-Whip smells heavenly and the texture is nice, but it actually stung my face when using. It also seemed a bit too oily, and even for a desperately dry face like mine, really didn't provide much moisture. I understand everyone's skin is different. I received the Supergel in a later shipment and have yet to try it.”

“Great customer service. Returning and refunding was done quick and really easy. About the performance of the products I can’t say much since I’m using them only for a couple of weeks. So far it hasn’t done much for my rosacea and under eyes sebaceous glands hyperplasia.”

“The products that I got are very good as I think all are however for the third time I had delays or items that got lost in the delivery and the support team never really cared about it. Just offered the easier exit of refund. It’s very upsetting as I really like the products. Well, you can’t always get what you want.”
