“Whether it's food or beauty products, I always check ingredients and Facetheory passes with flying colors. I have mature, dry skin with wrinkles and always buy two of each products for both myself and my mom. While product effectiveness varies, we love them all -- the scent, texture, overall pleasant experience. Facetheory customer service is responsive, courteous, helpful every time I reach out. Packaging is great and fast delivery.”

“I have been using Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish as I have sensitive skin but this suits my skin just as well. It lifts off makeup very effectively and gently and doesn't cost so much. I will be re-ordering and will be trying out other Facetheory products.”

“I've been using the Exaglow serum every morning for about four weeks. I am pleased with the results. First of all, the serum feels nice on my skin and did not break me out. It is not sticky and I can apply sunscreen and makeup on top of it with any piling or balling. It did not dry my skin out and I have no irritation. My skin is more even and my hyperpigmentation is a bit less noticeable. I will repurchase this serum! (Fyi I have fair skin, combination and acne prone)”

“Always pleased with my Facetheory products and like the fact that it's a British company. I wonder why jars etc are now arriving in boxes. This seems unnecessary packaging to me and wasn't the case when I first started buying. Apart from that, I find the face creams and serums are good and do what they promise.”

“Facetheory is a good and trustable company. I bought a couple of times, always receiving a great, patient and polite customer service to be informed about the products (which one is better 4 you), track orders, ecc. I'm still trying different things depending on the season of the year. In the summer I prefer a lighter moisturizer like M3 for oily skin and at night M1 with Bakuchiol. Collagen S8 is great if you're over 40 as I am and for all but I prefer it on winter + S10 and some retinol at night. I generally recommend the brand and products. If you have any doubt get in touch with them. You'll be pleased.”

“Overall very happy with Facetheory products. The green face mask literally makes my skin feel incredible the next day. I do find the night cream too heavy, my skin seems to be breaking out quite a lot. Going to try something lighter the next time I make a purchase. But I would recommend for sure!”

“I am really pleased with the products I have bought, they feel nice on my skin and seem to dot he trick. The customer service is brilliant. The courier broke my last jar of moisturising cream and Facetheory dealt with it immediately replying to my email almost instantly even though it was the evening and organised a new jar to be sent out.”

“Great quality products, good prices (including a lot of discounts). It's amazing that it's possible to make your own skincare routine (I happy with mine, I use rosacea-friendly skincare and I see improvement) Also I appreciate the option to choose unscented products. Thank you Facetheory :)”
