“Love, Love Facetheory's products, they are just so kind to your skin, I even have my son who uses now. I use a variety of products, face pumping oil, and creams and any of them used have been great for my skin and a younger one too. Prompt delivery and I would say reasonably priced. I recommend them!”

“I am really pleased with the vitamin C cleanser, but find the Amil C Whip SPF 30 makes a skin a feel a little tight and drying in some areas of my face. Will look at alternatives in your range that may help.”

“I was on tretinoin and antibiotics for almost 3months and my acne somehow settled now. Still using tretinoin every night.Post this to clear the redness and pigmentation on my cheeks started using Facetheory Azelaic acid.After using it for a month and I really see that the redness and pigmentation has reduced. I had ordered 2 bottles so waiting for a complete clear face. Maybe it's going to take a long time. Only issue I am facing with this is after applying it on the cleansed face it stings for few minutes, then it goes away. I don't use any other active ingredient with Azelaic acid ,still it stings. But nice product for post acne treatment . Overall good.”

“Ordered 2 bottles of Azelaic acid serum, order was processed fast and delivered quite fast as well. The item itself feels nice on the skin. It's a stronger percentage than usual, but I can tolerate azelaic acid very well.”

“Problème de colis.. Je décide donc d'écrire au support (personnel réactif et serviable). Une personne s'occupe de ma situation aime demande d'attendre le temps qu'elle reçoit des informations. Ensuite je reçois un mail disant colis dans votre boite aux lettres (message reçu à 6:25h du matin... étrange) J'envoi un mail au support la personne vérifie et trouve également ça étrange, elle fait le nécessaire et me renvoie vite un nouveau colis et me précise qu'il manquera un article pour cause de problème de stocks, donc elle me propose un remboursement cela à été fait et j'ai eu également une remise de 25% car le problème à durer 1 semaine et 5 jours... Je pourrais recommander FaceTheory pour les produits mais pas pour la livraison car ce n'est pas la première fois que je rencontre un problème de livraison et c'est toujours stressant quand je passe une commande...”
