“I order parcel to Netherlands at the 25th of November, now is 22th of December and I still haven’t got it. Previous parcel was delivered in 2 weeks. But the products are good.”

“Initially I loved the product until a month in my skin started to burn so I stopped using all the products to find out the cause. My doctor had to prescribe me a cream to tackle the issue which was found to be the moisturiser. The serum and cleanser were lovely but the moisturiser didn’t agree with my skin at all.”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Each formulation we create is assessed by an external safety assessor who is a pharmacologist and considers all safety criteria and declares if it is a safe formula or not and each ingredient we use in our products is recognised as safe and is licensed as cosmetics within the EU.
