Hallo Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihre Bestellung nicht eingetroffen ist. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht beabsichtigt, dass dies geschieht, aber Kuriere haben immer noch einige Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Wenn Sie sich die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung ansehen, ist diese bei Ihrem örtlichen Zustellbüro angekommen und wird bald geliefert. Nochmals, viele Entschuldigungen für die Verzögerung. Danke Facetheory

“It's a great product and I thought it was working, but it did leave me with some bumps. I don't know if this is normal or if I should just wait and see what happens. Maybe I'm purging. I'm getting red bumps on my face (p.s. I have very sensitive skin). What should I do? Keep using it? Or..?”

“After seeing so many great reviews I thought I would deviate from my usual Body Shop creams and give it a go. Unfortunately, my skin reacted with the products and my face was left red, irritated and textured. I have to give credit where credit is due, I emailed customer service for some advice and they were excellent. They were extremely attentive and offered me either a refund or exchange for another product.”

“Reputo il brand Facetheory molto buono, in passato per problemi di acne ho usato il porebright serum e mi ha salvato. Questa volta purtroppo, usando sia il porebright serum che il lumizela non ho risolto il problema, non ho visto grandi miglioramenti.”

“Nice product. Did not make my skin breakout, as most products do. Unfortunately for me, these products did not relieve my dry skin adequately and I've been forced to purchase a different product.”

“Les délais de livraison sont très longs et ne correspondent pas aux délais que vous précisez dans le mail qui est de 5 jours ouvrés. Je suis encore de tester les produits. Pour le moment la texture, l’odeur et la quantité sont très bien. La crème à l’acide glycolique est très économe. Une noisette suffit pour l’étaler sur une bonne partie du corps.”

“Bonjour, j'ai effectué une commande avant le black Friday pour recevoir mon colis en temps et heures tout en ne bénéficiant pas des offres. Malheureusement mon colis est arrivé 12 jour après et je n'ai pu l'offrir à mon amie le jour J. J'ai été très déçue. Cordialement.”
