“Je suis très satisfaite des produits que j’ai acheté. Cependant, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon dernier colis qui est « bloqué » depuis 10jours sur la plate-forme régional de colis privé avec qui vous traitez et je n’ai aucune réponse de leur part quand je fais une réclamation. J’ai passé commande le 1 décembre et les délais de livraisons sont réellement très long.”

“Great company with some amazing products but this one wasn’t for me. I have quite oily skin so it helped a little at first with controlling the oil but seemed to stop working and it wasn’t moisturising however it was very light on the skin.”

“J’aime beaucoup le professionnalisme de la marque mais malheureusement j’ai été déçu par le produit qui est arrivée dans un flacon en verre ( ce est très appréciable ) mais d’où la quantité n’arrivait même pas à mi-hauteur du pot..”

“The nightcream is excellent but the make up was very unsatisfying .. it is very hard to apply , nasty texture and Color , almost greyish . People asked me if I was sick when I wore it 😔 The serum and the day cream were ok but nothing spectacular”

“Produkte gut, wie immer. Aber Versand dauert zu lange, uber 14 Tage. Und es ist nach wie vor bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich, dass die Bestellungen wohl im Ausland bearbeitet werden. Mail's nur auch englisch.”

“Problème de colis.. Je décide donc d'écrire au support (personnel réactif et serviable). Une personne s'occupe de ma situation aime demande d'attendre le temps qu'elle reçoit des informations. Ensuite je reçois un mail disant colis dans votre boite aux lettres (message reçu à 6:25h du matin... étrange) J'envoi un mail au support la personne vérifie et trouve également ça étrange, elle fait le nécessaire et me renvoie vite un nouveau colis et me précise qu'il manquera un article pour cause de problème de stocks, donc elle me propose un remboursement cela à été fait et j'ai eu également une remise de 25% car le problème à durer 1 semaine et 5 jours... Je pourrais recommander FaceTheory pour les produits mais pas pour la livraison car ce n'est pas la première fois que je rencontre un problème de livraison et c'est toujours stressant quand je passe une commande...”

“I was with facetheory from the beginning and was very satisfied with both products and services... However in the last year their rewards program was changed without prior notification and the points I collected lost their value- I'd before I could get a cleanser and a serum, not it's only cleanser. Upon inquiry from the customer service,I've got a very vague answer, saying that there were some changes... Disappointing behaviour once they have enough customers.”
