“Très ravie des compostions en revanche déçu des textures. J’aime beaucoup les crèmes épaisse et La Mousse Amil-C M5 SPF 30 l’est pourtant beaucoup trop. Difficile à bien étaler et fait pas mal de « bouloche », ça laisse comme des traces blanches sur la peau… c’est dommage et quand je me maquille c’est encore pire pourtant je laisse bien le temps à la crème de pénétrer sur mon visage. Même rendu pour ces crèmes que j’ai commandé à mes sœurs. Pour la Regena C moisture le rendu sur le visage est ok en revanche pour prélever la crème du pot c’est très difficile. Très très épais, il faut presque faire fondre la crème en tournant son doigt à la surface du pot pour l’extraire donc pas très hygiénique, je pense qu’une petite spatule fera l’affaire ! Dommage car j’aimais beaucoup la compo.”

“Not satisfied. I didn’t do much of a research due to lack of time. I wanted a cruelty-free company. I usually get serums, but this time I wanted to give it a try to creams. Well, it doesn’t really work for me. I had a breakout after years (usually my skin is flawless). If it wasn't with 50% the first time you get them I would b very mad. I think they are overworked otherwise.”

“Satisfait dans l'ensemble des produits mais déçue par certains : le toner reduce pore n'a aucun effet et me parait un peu gluand. Les contenants en gros pots ne semblent pas très hygiéniques : à chaque ouverture fermeture beaucoup d'air passe et on y plonge la main. Forcément au bout d'un certain temps j'imagine que les microbes finissent par se développer... Pour l'instant pas de différence flagrante mais je patiente.”

“I have used FacTheory products for several years now and tried quite a few. Some I have definitely fallen out of love with - i have yet to find a moisturizer in their range that really hydrates dry skin rather than just adding an oily barrier to prevent further dehydration. But others I love and can't do without, like the Claribar, Porebrihht serum and Vitamin C cream cleanser. Their money back guarantee is real and I have used it for products that really didn't suit me. But it's a shame they changed their rewards system, which used to be very generous.”

“I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts. I have used the AHA and BHA cleanser before which is amazing- but had to stop using it because I’m now pregnant. I switched to the vitamin c cleanser and unfortunately this really irritated my skin. Have had to stop using it. Will switch back to the AHA/BHA cleanser as soon as is safe to do so.”

“Ive loved face theory for years. I always used their azelaic acid for redness. But I've yet to see any results with the tranexamic acid. Since using it I had a few breakouts and it's not had any impact on my discoloration. I know it takes time. Also since the price went up so much Its a bit disappointing because if a product doesnt work you're significantly out of pocket...so I now can't just buy the azelaic again as I can't spend that much.”

“It's a great product and I thought it was working, but it did leave me with some bumps. I don't know if this is normal or if I should just wait and see what happens. Maybe I'm purging. I'm getting red bumps on my face (p.s. I have very sensitive skin). What should I do? Keep using it? Or..?”

“After seeing so many great reviews I thought I would deviate from my usual Body Shop creams and give it a go. Unfortunately, my skin reacted with the products and my face was left red, irritated and textured. I have to give credit where credit is due, I emailed customer service for some advice and they were excellent. They were extremely attentive and offered me either a refund or exchange for another product.”
