“I have used facetheory twice before and the first time was very good, I like the products and the BBC uatimer service was great. The second time I ordered three products, I really disliked two of them and emailed for a refund, I emailed about 3 times and unfortunately did not receive a reaponse”

“I have ordered a few times and generally love their products, but the recent face cream was a disappointment. It increased the pigmentation on my face. The hand cream is lovely though.”

“I’m happy with relaxing pro cream but I’m not a big fan of the day cream as it’s very light. As I have dry skin it doesn’t keep my face moisturized.”

“Produits Ok mais livraison une horreur Colissimo 3 jours annoncés, mensonge ma livraison a mis 4 SEMAINES parce que j’ai râlé auprès du service concerné 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Vraiment pas sérieux de ce côté là dommage car les produits sont tops”

“Les produits semblent conforme aux descriptions en revanche la livraison n'est pas du tout effectuée en quelques jours il faut attendre 15 jours, un colis perdu puis attendre l'envoie d'un nouveau, vraiment déçue de cette livraison très lente.”

“Bonjour, Je viens d'ouvrir le premier pot de crème de jour amil C-whip. Le produit n'est pas comme d'habitude, il y a comme de l'huile en suspension sur le dessus du pot et la crème est beaucoup moins onteuse. J'ai donc ouvert le second pot et c'est la même chose. Pour les 2 autres produits, c'est une découverte et je n'ai pas de référence.”

“Je ne sais pas trop encore car je n’ai pas assez de recul, mais j’ai une poussée d’acné comme si le produit me faisait sortir tout mes boutons et je ne sais pas trop si c’est normal mais pour le coup ça ne me satisfait pas trop du coup…”

“I ordered the night cream, the green tea mask and the vitamin c face wash, and they are alright. The face mask is the best, leaves me feeling refreshed and my face is smooth. The vitamin c face wash does the job, but I've been using it for a couple weeks and have seen no change so I'm quite upset. I got vitamin c because its meant to help with pigmentation but nothings happened. The night cream is too oily when applying, but then it dries and leaves my face sticky and hard, like there's a peel off mask on, also it smells kinda funky. I would recommend the face mask and wash to others, but not the night cream. Sorry for the strong review I just want to be as honest as possible :(”
