“Cela fait un mois que j'utilise le toner à vitamine c et le sérum tranexamique +vit c et je n'ai observé aucune amélioration sur ma peau en termes de taches d'hyperpigmentation et réduction de la visibilité de mes pores. Je suis assez déçue”

Bonjour Merci pour votre retour et je suis désolé d'apprendre votre déception. Bien que ces ingrédients puissent être efficaces pour de nombreuses personnes, les résultats individuels peuvent varier. Un mois n’est peut-être pas suffisant pour constater des améliorations significatives de l’hyperpigmentation et de l’apparence des pores. De nombreux utilisateurs de soins de la peau, en particulier ceux ciblant les problèmes de pigmentation, peuvent constater qu'il faut jusqu'à 2 à 3 mois pour obtenir des résultats visibles. Si, pour une raison quelconque, vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait d'un achat facetheory et ne remarquez aucune amélioration visible de votre peau dans les 365 jours, envoyez-nous simplement un e-mail à help@facetheory.com pour un échange ou un remboursement gratuit. “I was looking for product for my husband who wanted a specific face cleanser. I found it bought it, however, it was labelled for women, I was pretty sure I ordered men's. So I've convinced him to give it a go but he is resistant.”

“Love the product as always. I even decided to move to ordinary and try their products but I HAD to come back cause you guys are the best no doubt but why the hell would you change the containers. That’s my only BUT… I so don’t like the tubes. The cleanser gets a little pink on the top every morning and I won’t be able to get all the cream cause it’s in a tube. Anyway I love your products and I’ll always come back here.”
