“I preferred the older packaging. It allowed for a stronger smell, and was much easier to clean to recycle. I recommend the cleanser, moisturizers, and the glycolacsal solution.”

“Always love face theory product and still do, I will continue to buy them but I am not a fan of the new packaging, as I use a day moisturiser and a night moisturiser, they are both identically packaged, I have to find my glasses to read the word ”night” on the night cream, I don’t really understand the changes as surely the old packaging was recyclable.”

“M face theory products have been great but recently the pot has changed to a squeeze tube which is difficult for face application as hands are sticky with cream on the tube as opposed to a dip in and out of the open pot. I used to subscribe for two of these items but due to repackaging, I will no longer be buying them. Product great but disappointing repackaging”

“I ordered one product. I got something in different package, I asked customer service if it's the same and they said it was. But on the back of ingredients list, proportions are totally different then from my old package. Also it feels different on my face, like i put wax on my face which didn't want to go into my skin. I am ordering this Night cream since 2 years and first time I am dissapointed and tricked.”

“Peptide eye cream is a great product! A little goes a long way and I like the new packaging. I see a difference in the texture of my under eye - wrinkles are less noticeable and skin feels hydrated.”

“I am struggling a little bit in adapting to the "new packages". First, because they are not just "new packages"; they are "new products" (which means that I can't have exactly what I had before and I liked). Second: I understand the whole thing about using metal instead of large and heavy glass tubs, well done. But every metal squeezy package of cream our there comes with a little "pointer" on the cap for you to open the internal lid. I had to find scissors somewhere to puncture the lid because the cap in your product does not come with anything to help me do it. Also, the smell, albeit good, is not the same as before.”
