“Ordered the Retinol skin firming moisturiser which has a delicate scent. Easy to dispense from the tube (I broke the seal with a hair grip) which allows you squeeze out only a small amount. This product goes a long way, isn’t too greasy and lasts all day! Highly recommended x”

“The product itself worked wonderfully for my acne prone skin giving me a clearer, more beautiful and radiant completion. Delivery was done professionally within the time frame given I however don't like the new packaging all the products look too alike and most times I have to look properly so as not to get them mixed up”

“Love the products. My skin is the best it ever has been. I use the cleanser, toner and moisturizers. Super quick delivery. Not a fan of the new packaging. Much preferred the glass jars. They were much easier to get the product out of. I really struggle with the tubes when they are almost done.”

“My order was despatched and received on time,the night cream is lovely however prefer the glass bottles to the tubes but that's just my preference the product is the same, I find the screw top a bit fiddly also doesn't seem to screw back on I've retrieved it from under the bed a couple of times now but overall good product.”

“After ordering vitamin c serum from a few companies lately and having to return them as they were oxidised (turning yellow/orange/brown) and unusable I thought I’d chance the Face Theory serum 20% with ferulic acid, which is hard to find in a vitamin c, as I’ve products from here before. I wasn’t disappointed. Clear serum which goes on a bit oily but I’m just pleased it hadn’t turned orange. I’m not sure whether the oil would sink as I put my factor 50 moisturiser on after it and that leaves my skin oily and shiny but it just looks glowing. Had good comments on the glow of my skin more so, my friend just had to order some after I’d met her the day I’d used it.”

“The product is good. I bought the “Clear skin bundle” which consists of The facewash, Toner, Serum & Moisture. The package of the face wash and the moisturiser is TERRIBLE. In other words absolutely rubbish packaging. I wonder who the genius is came up with this sort of packaging- aluminium tube for both the face wash and moisturiser . The cap doesn’t close properly on the tube and when hands are wet it makes a mess everywhere. The content seems to overflow from the aluminium tubes and it’s a real mess to close the cap. If someone tells me because of eco friendly reasons they came up with this rubbish packaging of aluminium tube I am not repurchasing. If very inconvenient to use the product with current packaging. The product is good. Makes my skin clear. I suffer from closed comodones this product helped a lot. PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING AND GO FOR SIMPLE RECYCLABLE PLASTIC TUBES FOR FACE WASH AND MOISTURISER.”

“The lavender face cream gave me even more pimples and redness on my face and the vitamin C face wash had a very uncomfortable texture to it- not sure why but didn’t feel right. Need a refund!! I’m not even using the products.”
