“I'm always a little on the skeptical side when reviews are posted on the website rather than a third party website like trust pilot or even amazon, but I can assure you these products are of a high quality. The retinol serum has a very decent potency as my skin began purging after a few days of heavy use. So I cut back a bit and my skin is now looking great, purging is just part of the process.”

“Great products, beautiful packaging. They have products that range from a quick cleanse and moisturiser to different serums and oils for enthusiasts. I’ve been using their range for a few months and can’t fault them! Have seen improvements in the areas I wanted. Their customer care team also on hand when I had questions about their ranges and reply really quickly with great advice and recommendations. 5 stars from me!”

“Die Produkte sind seh gut, aber die neue Verpackung der Cremen in Tuben ist sehr unpraktisch. Da fehlt dann die Übersicht bei mehreren Produkten im Kosmetikschrank. Ich bin daher nicht sicher, ob ich bei den Produkten bleiben werde.”

“I'm using the vitamin c 20% and so far I love it. I've used vitamin c for years and this is probably my favourite formulation as it's easy to apply - not too watery or too thick like many others. It has a visible brightening affect on my 40 year old skin and plays well with other skincare. Will definitely buy again”

“Great products. Really good quality! The courier company Evri delivered my first order to the wrong address and it got stolen but FaceTheory quickly sent out another package at no extra cost and that got delivered safely. Looking forward to buying more items from the company”

“I love this brand but the new packaging is awful... The tubes are hard to open and close, I can only imagine it would be impossible for anyone with a disability. Plus it's difficult to get all of the product out of the tubes, unlike the jars.”

“Je pense que les produits en soit sont bons, et ont une bonne composition. Cependant, je ne pense pas que ce soit le/s bon/s produit/s pour ma peau. J’ai de l’acné hormonal, suspicion SOPK. Mon acné est resté pareil, après je ne doute pas que ça fonctionne, mais en tout cas pas pour moi. J’ai essayé les produits suivants: le blemicalm j’aime bien, il fait son effet mais pas pour les gros boutons. Claricleance pro également bien pour le nettoyage, mais attention aux peaux très sensibles, ça peut assécher la peau. Le regenacalm je l’avais commandé à nouveau car ça soulageait mes rougeurs mais j’ai l’impression que la formulation a un peu changée et n’a pas eu le même effet.”

The dryness of your skin could also be due to the other skincare products you use alongside the serum. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on that, as you just ordered the serum. During summer months, high temperatures and sun exposure can damage the skin's barrier function, leading to transepidermal water loss, which results in dryness and is typically a sign that your skin needs more hydration. Our returns policy gives you peace of mind when trying Facetheory. If, for some reason, you're not completely happy with a Facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “I was excited to see Facetheory's new Glow range and it has not disappointed! I have very dry skin so need to be careful with products that contain retinol but I've had no issues with the Retinol Firming Moisturiser, it leaves my skin looking fresh and hydrated.”

“Loving this Azelaic acid serum. One of the only ones which doesn’t pill. Prices are steep tho, so I always buy in sale. Prefer that you just have fixed lower pricing; it makes me feel that I always pay too much when it isn’t in sale.”
