“I use both day and night creams from Facetheory. I have sensitive and dry skin so have to be careful what I use. The moisturisers from Facetheory are perfect. The cream absorbs well and lasts all day/night. Thoroughly recommend and it is also cruelty free which matters ro me.”

“Always been happy with Facetheory, a long standing customer with a subscription. Last 2 months I've not had my cream without any notification of why. When chased they keep giving me new dates when I'll receive but it never appears! Can't chop and change creams due to bad eczema so this hasn't been an easy period for me. Am now having a huge flare up from a different cream from same company but different range :(”

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced over the last couple of months, especially given how important having the right cream is for managing eczema. To be transparent, some unexpected delays with raw materials and packaging caused interruptions to our production. Since all of our products are manufactured in-house and made by hand, any disruption in supply can unfortunately have a knock-on effect on availability. We understand how upsetting this has been for you, particularly when alternative products haven’t worked for your skin. The good news is that our HydraOat Soothing Daily Moisturiser is now back in stock (as of last week), and we’re working hard to ensure your subscription gets back on track without further delays. We also recognise that communication could have been clearer throughout this period, and we’re taking steps to provide more proactive updates in future. “Die Produkte sind super gut und pflegen meine Haut optimal. Seitdem ich die Produkte benutze hab hat mein Hautbild sich zum Positiven verändert. Leider gefallen mir die neuen Verpackungen nicht. Die Plastikverschlüsse halten nicht auf den Tuben aus Blech. Die Crems quillen immer aus der Tube und man verschwendet so viel Produkt, dass die Tube trotz gleicher Größe nur noch halb so lange halten. Sehr schade bei den Preisen.”

“Hello! I have been using Facetheory products for a year now, I discovered them when I moved to Ireland. I had age-related pigmentation, and during this time my skin has noticeably brightened, become smoother, and my pores have cleared up. After washing my face, it is always soft, fresh and pleasant to the touch. I really appreciate the quality of your products and continue to use them with pleasure!”

“After battling with bad skin for years! I can truly say face theory has changed this. I visited the store in London near Soho and one of the lovely ladies done a full analysis of my skin and recommended me with face theory skin products that suited me. My face has never been so glowy and fresh but most of all clear from any hormonal break outs. Thank you Thank you Thank you :D”

“Randomly discovered face theory so tried out the cleanser, toner and vit c serum. To say I'm hooked now is an understatement. Have gotten loads of compliments of my skin, been using the products now about 6weeks. Very reasonable too”

“I’ve been using Facetheory for many years now . My skin loves this stuff. No breakouts and absorbs quickly. The only downside is that they have changed their product packaging and the cream base products are in tubes . I find it hard to get the creams out nearer the end and waste more of the product. I wish you would return to the jars as it’s much easier to. I’ve seen other comments saying the same . So please could you go back to the original jars . I wasn’t sure I was going to buy again with the products in the tubes”
