“Faster est un très bon site de cosmétique. Cependant je pense qu’il devrait arrêter de collaborer avec colis privé, j’ai commandé deux articles avec eux et je n’ai jamais été livré. Il devrait utiliser un autre transporteur pour la France. Si Face Theory utiliser un autre transporteur, je le recommanderais volontiers à mon entourage.”

“I used this product when it was called regenacalm serum. My dermatologist sadly doesn’t stock this brand any more. So i sourced the encapsulated retinol 3% renewing serum directly from yourselves. I am delighted with both the product & the service! ☺️”

“I love this moisturizer! I have oily skin with rosacea and I love that this has 1% salicylic acid, it controls my oils without terrorizing my face. I’ve repurchased multiple times and will continue to repurchase. The gel texture is moisturizing without being greasy. Absolutely love.”

“There are a few Face Theory products that I have been using for several years now and really like. They are: Glow C cream cleanser, Glow C moisturiser SPF 30 and Balancing Rosehip Oil which I mix sometimes with my toner. I am currently trying Peptide Firming Night cream but it's too early to say if there are any improvements. I am 69. I do not like, however, the new tube packaging and fell Zi sm.bring short changed on the amount of product I am getting. Please bring back jars!!!”

“Oh man I didn't know it was possible to be in love with an SPF cream. It smells fresh and citrusy, glides on, isn't greasy and actually works. I have had skin cancers on my face and have been searching for an everyday day cream that doesn't stink of chemicals and grease my face up. The only way they could improve it is if it was SPF 50!”

“Really enjoying my skincare routine. Only gripe would be that I (and my rubbish eye sight!)miss the older packaging. My daily and night moisturisers look exactly the same as do a serum and night oil I use - liked the different colours that came with the old packaging.”

“Have used the products for years and it works really well for me. However, delivery time is taking quite a bit of time. That's the only flaw. Otherwise it's all good. Also I hope some products are in an airless pump instead of the pipettes.”

“I had an experience with Facetheory that proves their customer service is among the best. I initially tried their 0.1% Retinol, but my skin had a reaction to the strength. I was so disappointed, but when I contacted their team, they were incredibly understanding. Not only were they empathetic and helpful, but they went above and beyond by giving me the option to exchange the product for *anything* from their range. I was blown by their flexibility and commitment to making it right. I decided to try the lower 0.05% Retinol strength instead. I'm so glad I did! The 0.05% has been absolutely perfect for my skin—zero reaction, no peeling, and all the benefits. Facetheory didn't just solve a problem; they showed they genuinely care about customer happiness and building trust. This is how you earn a customer for life!”

“I bought HydraCleanse and after the rebranding I have to say I am quite disappointed. I used to love this product and recommended to everyone. Now the new packaging is not practical at all and the product itself is quite different from how it used to be, plus it doesn't smell well.”

HydraCleanse is currently formulated as an unscented product, as we wanted to make it suitable for even sensitive skin.
