“I like the products . However I would prefer the jars . I have atheritis in my fingers, I find the little caps fiddly.”

“Love your products don't really like the metal tubes as cant get last bit of product out not to worry I've got mature skin age 70 but find your products are good they are not greasy skin feels lovely after cleansing then using moisturiser I've been using your products for about 10 years or more courtesy of my son as he wears by face theory too thanks .”

“Loving the products I’ve used so far. The Retinal bundle was so good and prompted me to buy the full sized bottles. Finally, I’ve found something that works. I also love the Hydra serene night cream. Beautiful consistency and feels lovely on my skin. Will always be a Facetheory fan.”

“Facetheory was recommended to me by Gemini/AI when I asked for a substitution of a very expensive eye cream I received once as a sample from a beauty box. I trusted that the ingredients on the Facetheory eye cream would be great so I started a subscription. I haven't used the cream ling enough but so far I like it,although I would suggest a different packaging,just because when opening the first few times, a lot comes out of the tube.”

““I absolutely love this serum — it’s one of the few products that genuinely makes a difference to my skin. It keeps my pores looking smaller and helps control my breakouts. “The items I ordered came right in time and your products have been good for my skin that’s why I keep coming back. The only challenge I have with your product is the Cere Night Rejuvenating Night oil which I ordered previously. I have been unable to use for more than 5 times because it dries out my face whenever I use it. I don’t know what to do about it. Overall, I have seen a transformation on my skin since I started using your products except the CeraNight Rejuvenatinating Night Oil.”

“I love Face Theory, especially the Peptide Eye Cream which I gently pat around the Eye bone top and underneath. It stops sagging and eye bags. I have just tried Ectoin Barrier Build Milk putting it over my moisturiser to stop the tightness in my skin. I have very dry skin and am in my late 70s.”

“Thank you so much for creating these amazing products. I was struggling to find a face wash that would suit my sensitive and acne prone skin and my friend suggested me to try aha bha vitamin c cleanser. It proved to be a saviour!! I wasn’t expecting to see results as early as I did but within 2-3 days my acne started calming down. It feels like a magic formula for my skin. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this product.❤️ I also tried the oat moisturiser and that is amazing too for my skin. Just one suggestion to improve the tube cap size. I find it a bit messy to open and close the tube. Also want to ask if there is a plan to launch makeup range? I’m sure that will be as good as skincare.”

“I have grown to love Facetheory in a short amount of time. Their formulas are thoughtful and effective without being overtuned (which can cause irritation), offer fragrance-free options (every brand should be doing this), and everything I've tried so far has been a winner (hydrating cleanser, calming toner, tranexamic acid serum, and oil-free moisturizer). I have a difficult time with cleansers in particular, and this one was an obvious winner out the gate.”
