“Amazing!! Since I've been using Facetheory products my skin has been great! Prior to this I struggled with spots and I am over 40. My 3 regulars and favourites are Blemicalm Azelaic Acid 15% Clarifying Serum, HydraSerene Night Cream and Glow-C Daily Moisturiser SPF.”

“Day cream and night moisture seem very good on skin, don’t just disappear upon using. Skin feels hydrated for a long time after application. Only been using a couple of weeks but so far very happy”

“I've loved Facetheory's products for a while and their customer service is amazing however, with their recent product packaging change it has really messed up one of the moisturizers I use. They used to package all the products in nice dark glass containers and now they are in tube-style containers with metal which sometimes excretes metal into the products. Because of this problem, Facetheory replaced a tube of my favorite Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer and I just recently ordered a lot more however, the packaging remains the same and continues to have same issue. Sadly, I will no longer be ordering their products due to the packaging malfunction as I really don't want metal on my skin or in my skincare products.”

“I was disappointed to receive metal tops on the cleanser I ordered, as I have arthritis in my hands and the plastic tops work much better for me. I cannot fault the cleanser; I love the product.”

“pricey skincare but worth it, quality ingredients and one of the only brands where i see an immediate difference in the size of my pores and hydration of my skin after use. the supergel oil free moisturiser is incredible and is the best moisturiser i have ever used on my combination skin - deeply hydrating without being thick and clogging my pores.”

“in general the products itself are fantastic. no doubts. There are only 2 minor things, that need to be changed back, which are compromising the 5-Star rating: 1. packaging: why did you moved from a super hygiene glass container, recyclable, resistant and easy transportable to a aluminium based tube with aluminium screw cap, which leaves black stains? even the recent change from an aluminium cap to a plastic cap is not really great. a) froma a recyclable point of view but also from a cleanliness point of view 2. why not simply putting an order number on the different and various products to make the usage simpler?”

“I have been using FaceTheory for several years. I was disappointed to see that the products I typically use are changed, rebranded and repackaged. I was really disappointed to see that the glass jars are now replaced with plastic tubes and they are smaller and more expensive. I liked FaceTheory's commitment to be ecologically friendly via their glass containers that were recycleable and I felt the value of product to price was good. Now I am just disappointed.”

“I like the products. The packaging however isn’t great. They look like medical products, my hand cream looks like haemorrhoid cream. The face wash isn’t even easy to get the top and off properly. I’m sure this is down to recyclability but it really needs reviewed”

“The formulations are impressively clean — many being alcohol-free and thoughtfully developed. However, since every product contains vitamin C, they’re unfortunately unsuitable for anyone with a vitamin C allergy like myself.”

“I would have previously given Facetheory a 4 out of 5. Now however with the change in packaging to the cumbersome metallic tubes, the loss of the points system and what feels like a watering down of the products I used to love, I cant say I would recommend them now. My faviourite used to be the cleanser for acne prone skin. It used to be much thicker and it got rid of my acne in days. Now this product is much thinner and doesnt seem to do the trick anymore. Ill look for a replacement elsewhere while I use this one up. Their retinoids are fine but Ive used others with the same result. Ill instead look for a prescription for Tretoine.”

“I really like thier stuff but I wish their descriptions were better (i bought an eye cream and it was for night time use, didn't say that on the site) and they would stop changing the packaging. I've no idea if I'm buying the same product again or not. Otherwise I'd give them a 5.”
