“I have previously used the Azaelic acid and had great results. I started suffering from breakouts and decided to try Azaelic Acid again but rather stupidly from other brands...when I seemed to be getting nowhere I thought I would go back to what I know works and ordered again from Face Theory. I have only been using it again now for 5 days but already there is a massive improvement. Can not recommend the product enough. I also can not fault the customer service. The delivery company "lost" my parcel and on emailing Face Theory , they replied straight away and I had a new delivery virtually the next day plus they had put a couple of extra bottles in which I was not expecting. It seems that at last we have a company who actually does care about their customers.”

“I’ve been using the Vitamin C moisturiser for several years now. I’ve not found a moisturiser that keeps my skin hydrated all day- I’ve not had any dry patches on my face since using it. Reasonably priced (especially if you buy more than one at a time) and fast delivery. Other moisturisers have tried to lure me away with fancy promises (and price tags to match), but I always come back to my facetheory vitamin C!”

“Commande passé sans nouvelle 15jours après toujours pas livré, j' ai contacté 2 fois la service après vente, il m'ont dit que c'est en route, mais trois jours après le colis arrive avec 14€ de frais de douane ce qui n'était pas précisé sur le site avant l'achat, je ne sais pas si c'est de la malchance vu tout les commentaires positifs, en tout cas je suis très déçu.”

However, we recommend following the new routine for at least three months to determine its effectiveness. “my daughter introduced me to face theory. I have been looking for a moisturiser with an SPF. Their product is fantastic. It is smooth and absorbs easily unlike some other thick sunscressn moisturisers. It smells wonderful. I can't wait to try more products!”
