“I love this moisturiser. I ditched my old one as it was full of harmful ingredients. This one doesn’t contain any. It’s super soft and moisturising. This is my new fave ❤️”

“I have been using Amil C and Aventhra Moisturiser for a month. Taking into account, that i have a very senstive skin with rosacea, i am very pleased with the products.Had a slight reaction in the form of redness and burning first time i used Amil C...switched to using it only nights followed with a moisturiser for a sensitive skin.Skin texture improved, along with the redness i had due to rosacea.So far so good, i give it thumbs up.”

“Very good service. I like that many items are available unscented. So far I use the jojoba oil cleanser regularly. It leaves my skin soft and moisturized. I can't easily get make up off so I ordered a sample size of vit c cleanser. That works well together.I also just started with the vit c moisturizer spf 30. To early yet to comment”

“Cannot thank the Exaglow Serum S10 enough. A brown sunspot had appeared suddenly on my cheek so I went online to see which skincare brand to choose from to diminish the spot. Initially I was going to buy the Paulas Choice one however I got very confused with their product selection and also their steep price. I then found Facetheories S10 serum and thought to give it a go, and voila, within 4 days my sunspot was gone. I was ecstatic to see the results and since then have been using the Serum every other night to prevent any further sunspots. Thanks so much Facetheory for creating the right product at the right price!”

“Game changer! I.have combination/ dry skin..... premenopausal which hasn't helped and in my mid 40's. All these factor have compounded my skin issues, so I can have really oily skin or dry skin especially cheeks.....fine lines appearing and darkening eye circles now with aging spots. Was almost giving up hope having tried Alot of brands including well reputed ones ..ie Neal's yard, Kiels .......so wasn't expecting much from face theory! Having used ther products now for a few weeks, I have seen a big improvement in skin condition and texture. This is big for me! Goes without saying, I will be ordering more! I look forward to using ther other products.”

“I really like the products but unfortunately the face wash pump is not working. Everything arrived in the Box not damaged.... maybe just the pressure of the traveling ?I don't know, but obviously it's really frustrating that the pump doesn't pump! Items with pump action tops to get the contents, should probably come with an extra pump top!”

Hi Amanda, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about the issue with the pump. To unlock the pump, please twist the pump anti-clockwise (to the left) twice to activate it. Twist it clockwise (to the right) again to lock it. If it's still not working, please can you unscrew the pump entirely and screw it back on and try the above again? If this is still not working, please respond to the email from our customer service team so they can advise further. Many apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. Thanks Facetheory Team
