“Die Lieferung meiner Bestellung hatte zwar lang gedauert. Ich habe sogar gedacht, dass ich in einer Falle reingefallen hätte. Also ich kann dann minimal über die Wirkung des Produkte schreiben, weil ich ihm nicht so lang auf die Haut verwende. Ich kann nach einer Weile nochmal darüber schreiben. Herzliche Grüße”

“Have been using there products since 2022.There Retinol is one of the best has done wonders to my skin. I also use there eye cream, cream cleanser jojoba oil and there exaglow serum and many other products. I love there products it has improved my skin in many ways. Thanks to face theory. Consistency is key :)”

“Facetheory used to be brilliant and I was a loyal customer. However their new packaging is awful - fiddly, wastes product and leaves a horrid greyish colour in the product. I decided to purchase some bits from the outlet but the small pots of amil whip spf had a texture so thick you could not spread it and it simply pilled on my skin - no chance of sun protection and I was very skeptical. Facetheory did refund me but I think it’s such a shame how down hill they have gone in quality and and up hill in price!”

“Anfangs war ich skeptisch, weil ich wirklich schon viele verschiedene Produkte ausprobiert habe. Mittlerweile nutze ich the facetheory schon über 3 Jahre und bin hoch zufrieden! Ganz selten habe ich noch Unreinheiten und wenn sind sie schnell weg und meine Haut sieht gesund und gepflegt aus. Mit den neuen Verpackungen bin ich noch zufriedener, weil hygienischer, einzig die farblichen Markierungen für zb Tag und nachtcreme fehlen mir etwas.”

“After couple of weeks of using the Polypep Complex Collagen-Boosting Serum which was recommended by the sales rep at the shop, I have starting stinging sensation on my face and my face has flare up with patches of redness so I’m not impressed with the product. I have stopped using the product now.”

“I have loved your products for over 2 years, but I must say your packaging changes are not as effective as they once were. I always depended on the color scheme to identify which product I used when. Also, the new creams don’t have the same aroma as they did. I enjoyed the old aromas and now with the night creams all in white, it is hard to tell which cream is which.”
