“Habe einmal einen cleaner + einen day cream bestellt. Einmal mit Geruch und einmal ohne. Mir war wichtig, dass ich einen cleaner habe, der auch gleichzeitig eine Pflege ist. Kein nachcremen mehr notwendig - ich mags! Liebe Grüße vom Bodensee”

“Allgemein bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung. Jedoch gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. 1.) die Post-Verpackung könnte etwas stabiler sein und es wäre schön wenn irgend eine Karte oder etwas ähnliches dabei ist. Darüber freut man sich immer sehr als Kunde. 2.) Wäre eine Anleitung gut, die einem zeigt wie man die bestellten Produkte am besten verwendet und in welcher Reihenfolge. Das könnte natürlich auch im persönlichen Kundenkonto auf der facetheory Website. Die nachhaltige Verpackung der Cremen ist super. Das hat mich sehr gefreut das es kein Plastik ist.”

“I bought the Cera-C pore reducing toner, reginacalm S1 pro serum, vitamin c20, N10 pore bright, all to treat my hyper pigmentation and I must say after 2 weeks of consistent use my skin is looking significantly improved. Clearer skin, dark spots are already fading and my pores have literally almost disappeared! I highly recommend!”

“I was very excited to get my order, i like the tonic and the gel moisturiser, i thing with moisturiser is that it rubs of the face in the little clumps. Other than that, its very light on the face. The consultant on page was very helpful and kind! One problem is that my order came in 10days, when it said in 2 or 4 .”

“I'm addicted to these products! The retinol 3% serum is amazing. I love the vitamin C cleanser and pore reducing toner. My skin has stayed young and fresh looking in the three years I've been using these products. I've used the sunscreen, lip balm, face mask, face clothes, lip gloss, eye cream and bath oil. All amazing products.”

For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. “I’m happy with relaxing pro cream but I’m not a big fan of the day cream as it’s very light. As I have dry skin it doesn’t keep my face moisturized.”

“Seen an advert on tiktok for the cleanser and thought sure I’ll give a go and am I glad I did! I use it religiously every morning and every night and I swear by it, it leaves my skin so soft and clear and it smells and feels incredible. Glad I came across it and now I never travel without it”
