“Seen an advert on tiktok for the cleanser and thought sure I’ll give a go and am I glad I did! I use it religiously every morning and every night and I swear by it, it leaves my skin so soft and clear and it smells and feels incredible. Glad I came across it and now I never travel without it”

“L'expédition a prix un peu de temps (presque 2 semaines vers la France) mais à part ça les produits sont top et les prix plus qu'honnêtes vu la compo. J'adore aussi les packagings qui vont tous super bien ensemble dans ma salle de bain ! Pour les effets à long terme, on verra avec le temps, mais à l'application à T0 je trouve les formules très agréables et les odeurs à tomber !”

“I recently ordered several face serums including one for my oldest daughter’s upcoming birthday. Sadly when my order arrived (two days ahead of schedule) the serum I had purchased to give to my daughter was damaged. I took a couple of photos and emailed customer service immediately requesting assistance. I was shocked when within the hour I had a reply. The customer service rep (Meagan) was wonderful! She apologized and offered an immediate refund or replacement. I opted to replace the serum and I received a new shipment notification a couple of hours later. I was amazed (and thrilled)! I have never had such timely and supportive service. I can’t wait to try all of my products and Face Theory has a new client for life!!!”
