“Love the quality of the products”

“I'm going to be brutally honest. These products were not for me. It did more harm than good. It left me with more pigmentation than when I started. All the products irritated my skin. It burned and the scratching was unbelievable. More money down the toilet. I'm so disappointed”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Each formulation we create is assessed by an external safety assessor who is a pharmacologist and considers all safety criteria and declares if it is a safe formula or not and each ingredient we use in our products is recognised as safe and is licensed as cosmetics within the EU. “The customer service is excellent, I asked lots of questions before ordering for first time and they were so helpful . The product is amazing I ordered regena-c moisturiser and a serum for pigmentation both have faded it and giving more even skin tone”

“I haven’t used it for long but so far I think this is neutral for me. The product when applied has a gentle tingled sensation, it’s quite gentle and suitable for sensitive oily skin. However I dislike the lack of filter on the product, and it spills easily and is quite wasteful even with cotton pad”
