“Nachdem die erste Lieferung am Zoll hängen geblieben ist hat facetheory alles dafür getan, dass ich eine Ersatzlieferung erhalte. Die ist dann auch recht zügig angekommen. Über die Wirksamkeit der Produkte kann ich noch nicht viel sagen. Die Produkte sind aber gut anzuwenden und angenehm.”

“As always excellent delivery and products. Wish some discontinued items would return as I would be happy to pay more if there are difficulties sourcing. Can be hard to find right products but my skin has improved 100% since using facetheory over the years.”

“I am really impressed with face theory! I ordered a few items two of which didn't suit my skin. I was able to exchange the products with no issues and without even needing to return or pay for postage. I am now using the clarifying cleanser, super gel pro (day) and Regena-C (night). This seems to suit my combination skin really well. I hardly need to use any gel after the cleanser so I think it will last for ages. The cleanser smells amazing! And the Regena-C cream that I use at night is moisturising but not too heavy. I also love the the packing contains next to no plastic. Definitely converted and glad to have found a simple effective routine.”

“I've had rosacea for years and I have tried many different things the anti redness toner works so well for me that if you ever discontinue it please let me know so I can buy up a case! This is the only product that I use religiously.”

“I bought the face creams and eye cream. I am also using the facial cleanser which was a free sample. This is the best brand I have ever used without a doubt. I just wish it was a bit cheaper so I could buy it all the time.”

“Eine sehr gute Sonnenschutzcreme! Ich habe diese Creme schon im letzten Sommer benutzt. Da ich Rosacea habe, brauche ich unbedingt eine gute Creme mit sonnenschutz. Ich bin mit der Creme voll zu Frieden.”

“I've been using the Regina-C moisturiser for a couple of years now. It is great value and the pro version contains 3% retinol liposomes, as well as vitamin C. I feel my skin looks brighter, and my dark patches have faded. The packaging is minimal and the pots last a long time. Definitely recommend this British brand!”

Seitdem kann ich nicht nachvollziehen wo meine Bestellung geblieben ist. :-( Die Tracking ID stimmt nicht mit meiner Bestellnummer überein.
