“I suffered from tingling sensation😭, my skin became drier!! SUFFERING discomfort this is due that my skin starts showing symptoms of burns. I stopped using it!”

We take your health and satisfaction very seriously, and I'm deeply concerned to hear about the discomfort you've been experiencing. We apologise for any distress this has caused you. You made the right decision to discontinue use of the product immediately upon noticing these symptoms. It appears that your recent purchase includes several products with high acid and retinol content. Using these products too frequently or in high concentrations right away can disrupt the skin's protective barrier, leading to increased sensitivity and potential irritation. To minimise the risk of skin irritation, it's important to introduce these products to your skin gradually. Start with each product once or twice a week and slowly build up to more frequent use as your skin adapts. “Whilst I love the products the packaging is terrible. More often than not my product is grey from the metal. The words on my hyaluronic acid bottle have started to disappear. This morning I was treated to a lovely shard of metal from my eye-cream. Disappointing and dangerous.”

“Love Facetheory products. Have been using for awhile. Excellent value for money. Impressed by the company's ethical stance. Only complaint and my personal view, I'm not keen on the new packaging. Much preferred the glass jars.”

“The retinol firming moisturiser is great and shows results, but lacks that nourishing feel and needs a spf. Love the industrial look, but prefer the old packaging. The tubes don't stand up when your halfway through using the product and starts to look tacky and will need to cut open the tube/ packaging at the bottom near the end of use to get the rest of the moisturiser out else you won't get your monies worth and alot of product may be wasted .”

“I'm always a little on the skeptical side when reviews are posted on the website rather than a third party website like trust pilot or even amazon, but I can assure you these products are of a high quality. The retinol serum has a very decent potency as my skin began purging after a few days of heavy use. So I cut back a bit and my skin is now looking great, purging is just part of the process.”

“Great products, beautiful packaging. They have products that range from a quick cleanse and moisturiser to different serums and oils for enthusiasts. I’ve been using their range for a few months and can’t fault them! Have seen improvements in the areas I wanted. Their customer care team also on hand when I had questions about their ranges and reply really quickly with great advice and recommendations. 5 stars from me!”

“Die Produkte sind seh gut, aber die neue Verpackung der Cremen in Tuben ist sehr unpraktisch. Da fehlt dann die Übersicht bei mehreren Produkten im Kosmetikschrank. Ich bin daher nicht sicher, ob ich bei den Produkten bleiben werde.”

“I'm using the vitamin c 20% and so far I love it. I've used vitamin c for years and this is probably my favourite formulation as it's easy to apply - not too watery or too thick like many others. It has a visible brightening affect on my 40 year old skin and plays well with other skincare. Will definitely buy again”
