“My order arrived quickly and well packaged as well as it all being nicely updated as being delivered. I have incredibly sensitive skin as well as it also being quite dull, so both the under eye cream and vitamin C wash have helped brighten my skin up in such short time ! Thank you face theory for making actually good products!! X”

“The products are lovely and I love the packaging. It's taken decades to find decent skincare products that suit my skin and the items I've used from facetheory have done wonders for my skin. They may seem a little pricey (more than I used to spend) but it's all such good quality and you only need a small amount so they last ages so actually more cost-effective!”

“Haven’t seen much difference yet in acne or post acne hyperpigmentation. It might just be because I haven’t been using it long enough. I will say, this product is gentle. I usually can not use any acids. This makes your skin a little dry but it hasn’t caused irritation so far. However after using it a couple nights in a row I feel like it might have caused a couple breakouts. Not sure if it‘s the product or something I ate.. I’ll keep giving this product a chance.”

“I love all the Facetheory products I've tried so far, particularly the Regena C20 Vitamin C Serum. I have quite sensitive skin and have experienced stinging/dryness with other Vit C products ..but not with this!! Its helped my dry sensitivity skin this winter and leaves me with glowing plumped, healthy looking skin...also noticed some fading of pigmentation marks too! Will definitely keep purchasing this product”

“I love the Products. I have very oily skin and if not managed properly it can cause Acne and worst scarring. I ordered my usual favs after moving to the UK. I found that on the video they said that if the products make your skin dry after using a face wash the products can be too harsh. I love the blue jar called clarify cleaners pro and the glycolic version, I love the retin c serum for scars, I took a quiz and ordered based on my results. I love the serum it makes my skin glow and people give me compliments. I like the way my skin feels after i use my routine 2 times a day .”

“I purchased the Tamanu and Rosehip Oil during their Christmas Sale, meaning that I got them for 50% off so very pleased about that. I'm very familiar with both of these oils, but I was very surprised at how vividly orange the Rosehip oil was. I think this is a testament to the purity of their oils. My dry skin drinks these up. Very happy.”

“Commande passée : OK Au bout de 15 jours, je demande où est ma commande, on me répond qu'elle va arriver sous 5 jours ouvrés. Rappelons qu'elle vient d'Allemagne et pas des Maldives à la nage ! 5 jours plus tard : rien. Bonne pomme, je redemande où est ma commande : on me répond ...dans 5 jours ouvrés ! J'ai demandé le remboursement qui , par chance, j'ai eu quasi aussitôt (Merci PayPal) Tout ça, pour rien : bravo Facetheory !!”
