“I am new to this brand and I started off using the 3% retinol moisturizer 3 months ago amd have been getting lots of compliments of how my skin have been improved, even from my own mother. Since then, I bought quit a few other products and I can't wait to see the result. I do have to say, the price is kinda on the higher end. But with the result, I think I can cope with that.”

“Fast overseas delivery. Like the product, light on the skin and makes it feel smooth. Don't know yet if it works (azelaic acid) not enough time has passed to see the result. will definitely buy more for facetheory”

“Nice moisturiser. Has a great texture and sinks in well. I like very much that I can get it unscented as I hate wearing strong smells. I don't know the quantities of the actives that are in it, would be good to know. As it isn't listed I'd imagine it's on the lower side but it's a nice feeling product all the same.”

“Unfortunately I reacted to the eye cream. I have extremely sensitive eyes and find it difficult to find a suitable cream. Customer services were extremely helpful. Replied to my email very promptly and I received a refund in my account by the next day! I passed the cream on to my sister who loves it! Excellent service!”

“I ordered five products, but have only used one at this point. It was the 9% glycolic acid lotion. I think it's making a very big difference in my skin regimen for my legs and arms. So, so far so good I will leave another review when I use the other products. So far I am very very happy with this company.”

“I cannot recommend this company enough. I am often skeptical about online skincare companies, as the price points are usually high and the products don't work. Facetheory's product has proven so far to be very effective and their customer care is second to none ( I had a problem with a product, which was dealt with immediately, without haggling or going through an unhelpful customer care nightmare) Hopefully, they will keep their price point competitive (as a lot of companies gain success and then jack up the price) Overall I am extremely impressed and will continue to use their Exaglow Serum S10 with Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C and Liquorice because it has helped my severe melasma tremendously.”
