“Love the product - HATE THE NEW STUPID PACKAGING. It is difficult to screw the lid on and off, there is waste because it flys out and end up getting too much out. It looks ugly and has to be put in a put as can’t stand upright on a shelf. Can’t use all the product as once you get to the second half of the tube you start getting bits of the inside of the tube mixed in with the cleanser. I never leave reviews but I do not understand why you got rid of the glass jars. I’d even pay more to have the jars back. Please sort it out!!! Also noticed you have deleted comments from your instagram that say the same thing, act on the feedback !!!”

“It's an amazing moisturiser, my skin has never been better, wish Facetheory had been around in my younger days. Would not use any other brand, skin is soft and smooth.”

“Really happy with my Facetheory products. I bought both the vitamin c serum and vit c spf moisturiser and both leave my skin feeling so silky and smooth. I apply it as a base before make up primer and foundation, and my make up goes on really well after. I almost didn’t buy facetheory due to the reviews about the new metal packaging, however im so glad I did. It’s been a month and the packaging looks brand new!”

“I’m be been using Facetheory for a few years now and really like these products. I’d like a bit more info about how to use some of the products, not really sure what a serum really is, so more education for those of us not in the know would be amazing! I really wish the colour coding could come back even if it’s just the text in a different colour, I’ve ended up writing on with a marker pen which is day/night cream as the amount of times I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve put the wrong one on by mistake! I really do hope that my local council does recycle the tubes, but have some concerns that they do not, I was more confident that the old glass jars were recycled, but understand that these weigh less and are probably cheaper to manufacture.”

“Hi, I recently ordered the Glow-C Vitamin C Cream Cleanser for the second time. The new one I have received has some changes to the packaging - the top is now white plastic rather than the metal top. However, it is the change in the product itself that bothered me most - the consistency is different, it is thinner, creamier and more flowing than it previously was. I preferred the way it was when I last ordered. Has there been a change to the contents of the cream clenser, and the makeup / ingredients to the product itself? I expect when I order the same product that I get the same thing. Thanks”

We want to assure you that there has been no change to the formulation or ingredients of the Glow-C Vitamin C Cream Cleanser. The product itself remains the same as before, with 2% vitamin C, sweet almond oil, and avocado oil as key ingredients. The only update has been to the packaging, which now features a white plastic top instead of the previous metal one. If you notice a difference in texture or consistency, this can sometimes occur naturally due to minor variations in raw ingredients or changes in environmental conditions during storage and shipping, especially with products containing natural oils. However, these variations do not affect the efficacy or safety of the cleanser. “Peptide night cream - even after just a few nights of using can defo see the difference, plumper smoother and more radiant. It does take a bit of rubbing in and unfortunately caused a few little blemishes around my nose so just try and avoid this area now. I also use the Bakouchiol day cream which is amazing so I’m excited to see results after a couple of months continuous use.”

We’re glad to hear that you find the products good, but we’re sorry to learn that you’re experiencing increased oiliness and congestion. Based on your experience, it’s possible that the combination of products you’re using may contain several different AHAs and BHAs. While these ingredients can be fantastic for exfoliation and improving skin texture, using too many at once can sometimes disrupt your skin’s natural balance. This can actually cause your skin to feel dry underneath, prompting it to produce even more oil to compensate. We recommend reviewing your routine and possibly reducing the frequency of exfoliating products or alternating them to see if your skin improves. Thank you again for your honest review.
