“Toujours satisfaite de vos produits. Je viens de recevoir le trio Retinal, ne reste plus qu'à tester. Sur le produit Supergel oil free moisturiser, un bémol sur le capuchon en métal qui devient noir à l'intérieur. En général aussi un bémol sur le nouveau packaging qui me semble avoir plus de carton. Sinon, je le redis, toujours satisfaite par vos produits.”

“I found facetheory by accident about 4 yrs ago. And the prices were so amazing for such a great product!! Now they’re almost triple in price just like the standard high end so there’s really no competition anymore. I guess to many people found out about this so they changed prices.. so sad”

“Was delighted when this came back in stock and first time for me to try since it's change from the Freshening Fash Wash in the glass bottle. I have used the product and am disappointed in how it has changed since it was the Freshening Face Wash - there is no longer the lovely scent and the toothpaste like bottle means the contents splurge out and it can be messy in terms of storing. I'm disappointed in how the product has changed since it's previous iteration and I don't think I'll be purchasing again.”

“Im new to facetheory products and so far I'm liking them. I like the packaging. I like how quick and easy it was to shop with them. Their Customer Service is spot on. Bonjour Je suis désolé(e) d'apprendre que vous avez ressenti une sensation de brûlure avec notre Crème de Nuit Raffermissante aux Peptides. Soyez assuré(e) qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une réaction courante. Plusieurs raisons peuvent expliquer ce phénomène : Si la barrière protectrice de votre peau est affaiblie, même les produits doux peuvent provoquer une sensation de brûlure. Cela peut être dû à une utilisation excessive d'acides exfoliants, de nettoyants agressifs ou à une exfoliation excessive. Vous pouvez également être sensible à un ou plusieurs ingrédients de la crème, tels que les peptides, les acides gras ou les conservateurs. Si vous utilisez d'autres produits aux actifs puissants, leur association avec cette crème de nuit pourrait être excessive pour votre peau. À l'avenir, pensez à tester vos nouveaux produits sur une petite zone de peau avant de les appliquer sur l'ensemble du visage. Si vous décidez de réessayer le produit, assurez-vous que votre peau est parfaitement sèche avant l'application et commencez par une petite quantité. N'oubliez pas que chaque peau est différente et que ce qui fonctionne pour une personne peut ne pas fonctionner pour une autre. На сайте все очень чисто и прозрачно ,доступно и без воды-описание каждого продукта, применение и есть отзывы. Экологичные упоковки, косметика без тестирования на животных, это очень здорово! мне понравилас вся линейка с витамином С, она просто безупречно пахнет, и я увидела результаты уже после первых дней тестирования сыворотки для лица и очищающего крема для умывания.Мне очень нравится что косметика подходит для моей чувствительной кожи , я продолжу уход дома и буду наблюдать за результатом дальше.
