“One of the best moisturisers I’ve ever used! The quality of this product is outstanding—it leaves my skin feeling amazing and never causes any irritation. My skin feels noticeably healthier, and I have no plans to switch to anything else. This is a product for life! I would absolutely recommend it; it does exactly what it promises”

“I love their products but I really don't like the recent packaging changes. I wear glasses and previously you could tell what the products were by the colour of the labels. Now everything looks the same and I need to take my glasses on and off to find the product I need. Even if just the writing was a different colour this would make my life easier.”

“Very good quality ingredients, their formulas feel very nice on the skin and give good results. I found the prices very reasonable and I appreciate that its made in the UK. The cherry on top is the minimum plastic used in the packaging!”

“I really can't review the product I just purchased because obviously I would need a bit more time; but as far as Facetheory's customer service goes, I have absolutely no complaints. They immediately answered on live chat a question I had before purchasing regarding retinal strength and several days after purchasing, I sent an e-mail regarding the delivery date which was very promptly and kindly answered. So far, so good.”
