“Firstly, I want to acknowledge that this is a genuine company with great pricing, timely delivery, and excellent customer care. Regarding the product, I have not noticed any negative effects on my skin. Although I have only been using it for about a week, everything seems good so far. Based on my experience, I would recommend these skincare products.”

“Hi, I’m currently using the product. It feels good, will see on the long run. Packaging is not user friendly especially for cleanser. It slips and it’s hard to close when your hands are wet. Chances of contamination if leave it open. Pump will be good I guess.”

“Really outstanding customer service. Had an issue with a product I received and the couldn't have given me a better resolution to the issue. Have been using for a few years and particularly like the pro niacinamide 20% which is a lot cheaper than other brands of the same strength.”

La poste me demandait de payer des frais de douane pour retirer un colis ; j'ai contacté les service client et les frais ont été annulés.
