“The recent purchase experience was fine. I don’t choose to use f/theory anymore regularly. When you went over to your new online format I was unable to access my account on any of my devices(there was no account icon). When I contacted your help line I was as told there wasn’t a problem and I should use a different search engine. Not helpful. Also I much preferred your previous packaging. I now use REN which seems as good. It only takes a small annoyance like that in this competitive world to change people’s buying habits. I was pleased to buy my latest products from you in the outlet. Best wishes Martyn Bowles”

“I really like the products from Facetheory. They helped my skin look better and they are not as expensive as a lot of other brands. I was a bit sceptic in the beginning but not at all anymore. The only reason I give a four star review is because shipping always takes at least three weeks to Sweden. The products are a five!”

“Thought would be better, but the oats hydrating cream is not working for me. I have a delicate skin and it does not calm my itchy skin, it sometimes makes it itchier... Not happy as I bought it thinking it will calm my skin..”
