“Most of the products are effective and reasonably priced,I would recommend because there are many products and you will find the ones that suit you're skin type also not tested on animals and sustainably packaged as much as possible”

“Had used favetheory moisturiser in the past and decided to five it another go. This time I didn't only buy the moisturiser I bought serums and night cream as well. Didn't expect anything in particular, but apart from being moisturising I have seen improvement in fine li es also”

“I have been a loyal customer for years and have always loved this cleanser, but I am deeply disappointed with the recent changes. The new packaging is utterly appalling – it barely lasts 3 to 4 weeks, whereas the jars used to last me six months. To add insult to injury, the price remains the same despite the significant reduction in product quantity. This is an outrageous move that completely disregards long-time customers like myself. It feels like nothing more than a cash grab, and it’s disgraceful. The new packaging is not only impractical but downright wasteful. I am actively searching for a more affordable brand with similar ingredients because this change has made it impossible to justify sticking with your product. Bring back the jars – this new packaging is a complete failure, and your customers deserve better.”

“Great products and I have noticed the difference and improvement in my skin since using this brand. The only negative to the product is the new packaging. The glass jars were easier and better for the environment and some grey grit from around the lid comes off and goes on your hands.”

“Very soothing with fast acting positive results. I love Face Theory and so glad I found it. Plastic free, cruelty free, carbon neutral and effective healing ingredients. I saw great results even after the first use. And the cleansing balm citrus scent is a delight.”

“Love Facetheory products ❤️. It took me a while to get used to the new packaging. I use reading glasses and it was difficult at first to find the difference between the day and night creams. I’m okay now that I recognise the small image on the tubes. The writing is very small. The only challenge now is the face wash, I use it in the shower and it is difficult to close the tube whilst trying not to let the product slip off my hand. It’s a daily challenge but I’m slowly getting better at it. I love the products and the green packaging, thank you Facetheory for leading the way”
