“faantastic customer service, very efficient at refunding money/products. Very easy to contact and sort out any problems, they are also very efficient in keeping in contact during delivery and dealing with any problems. My skin has never looked better, I had problems with adult acne 6 months after starting to use facetheory products my skin looks and feels great”

“Over the years I have tried all different brands of skincare for my skin. I had alot of deep pores and scarring on my face plus pigmentation. I discovered Facetheory earlier on this year and hands down I recommend it to everyone!! It is the only skin care I will use now because I know it works! Everyone compliments me on how well my skin looks now compared to the start of the year. My skin is cleaner, clearer and brighter. Facetheory is now my 100% go to. I have even bought the body scrub and body moisturisers and I love them!”

“I am not seeing any results. I was using before the ordinary and I feel like my skin was better when I was doing that. I am just not using your products. I am sorry but I can’t recommend your products, quite expensive and 0 results.”

“Wonderful service! I love that I have found Facetheory. I can order from my home without battling the weather and I can order products suitable for my skin. “Produkte gut, wie immer. Aber Versand dauert zu lange, uber 14 Tage. Und es ist nach wie vor bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich, dass die Bestellungen wohl im Ausland bearbeitet werden. Mail's nur auch englisch.”
