“Not getting results, even though I bought the recommended products”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using the product for at least 4 weeks continuously to see any first changes. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. Oi Lamentamos saber que seu pedido não chegou. Eu entendo o quão frustrante isso deve ser para você. Não era nossa intenção que isso acontecesse, no entanto, os transportadores ainda enfrentam alguns atrasos devido à covid e outros eventos nacionais e internacionais. Observando o rastreamento do pedido original, ele chegou ao país de destino e está a caminho do escritório de entrega local. Mais uma vez, muitas desculpas pelo atraso. Obrigado Facetheory

“The Vitamin C Cream Cleanser is amazing! Wow - I was nervous trying out a new product because you never know...I can honestly say this checked all the boxes and superseded my expectations. I had been using something for years that i loved, and without getting into why I was on the market for a new cleaner...suffice it to say I'm glad I did. My face feels fresh, tight, clean ...without any residue of any kind.”

“I have been ordering the oil free moisturisor for a while now and it is perfect for my oily skin. Pretty much any product I have ever used has caused breakouts - with the exception of this little beauty! It is really reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend.”
