“Have been using Facetheory for a while now. It suits my complicated skin! I placed an order for 4-5 items and a week later I’d not received my items which I thought was strange. Got in touch with their customer services and they resent my order which arrived the next day! Very impressed with this company and the way they deal with their customers.”

“This is a game changer product. I was experiencing textured skin around my chin and forehead after starting HRT and this essentially eliminated it within a couple of days of using it. Slight tingle and itchiness for a few minutes when you first start using it, but nothing major and it stops once your skins adapts. My skin feels baby soft and pores appear smaller. Love it.”

“I’ve been using your products for about 3 weeks I am happy with the cleanser. The night and day cremes are not as moisturizing as I am use to I ordered the RegenacalmSerum RegenaC20 Serum. Mandelibright Serum Also Ceranight oil. Not exactly sure times to use them Thank you. One other thing. The day and night cremes were small and the jars were not full”

“The glow serum worked well enough for me that now I ordered two bottles. The moisturiser less so but still ok. However, the shipment from warehouse in Germany is a terrible idea. It takes 2 weeks instead of 3-5 days and comes with a fee (very small but annoying to run around the house collecting coins). Compared to for example Lisa Eldridge, also located in the UK but shipping from the Netherlands, which comes in 2-3 days, it's below the standard I expect. And now no clue why, the review is expected in German.”
