“I like these products but I don’t like the new containers/look.”

“I’m a guy and I find the vast majority of these products gimmicky. However, there is a noticeable difference to the healthiness of my skin and fine lines have been reduced after a week of using it. So, I like it. I’d buy it again.”

“I’ve been using facetheory happily for a while however the packaging has now changed. I wear glasses and the new packaging for day and night moisturiser is exactly the same apart from the small wording on the front, as my sight is not good when applying moisturiser I used to rely on the colour of the label to get the correct cream but now they are both the same it can be confusing without my specs! Please think about users with sight impairments.”

“Couldn’t find the same cream as Iv had in the past which was relaxing night cream M10, couldn’t find it and finally I purchased a tube of hydraserene night cream but it’s nothing like the other, texture different n ingredients, … disappointing”

“I would love to give this product 5 stars because my skin doesn’t react or flare up from it which is an huge win for me, and the serum melts into the skin so beautifully. However the product has a horrible smell that just makes me face stink. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem or perhaps I was just unlucky with this particular bottle, but it smells really awful; I can only describe the smell as the being like the inside of a deli, it is a pungent smokey smell. The smell is the only thing stopping me from buying this product again.”

“Le produit est très bien, très bonne crème, très efficace, je remarque une vraie différence sur les zones de mon visage qui ont tendance à graisser, le tout en gardant une super hydratation de la peau. MAIS l’emballage est catastrophique, au bout de quelques jours, il y a du noir qui se met sur le bouchon et il faut nettoyer régulièrement l’embout, ça gâche vraiment le produit qui est pourtant super !”
