“The face wash stings a bit. The serum leaves a sticky feeling and after I let it dry I put the moisturizer over it it starts to pill. Also it leaves my face feeling oily. I am trying it out for a month at least.”

“I have 5 products until now from face theory and only one of them maybe that worked for me a bit. The last three products that I ordered led my skin to break out. I also have a big problem with the smell of the products. The ones that aren't scented smells really bad. At least the ones I ordered. Now I have products worth more than 60 euros and I won't use them anymore.”

“Die Produkte sind sehr schnell angekommen und das ganze Konzept hat mich sehr angesprochen. Ich habe mir Produkte gegen Unreinheiten bestellt und habe leider durch diese mehr neue Unreinheiten bekommen. Zudem brennen die Produkte teilweise nach dem Auftragen.”

Salut Toutes mes excuses. Nous avons eu un problème temporaire avec notre logiciel qui signifiait que les commandes en provenance du Royaume-Uni étaient expédiées avec le mauvais code fiscal. Cela a maintenant été corrigé. La plupart de nos commandes dans l'UE sont envoyées depuis l'UE (Allemagne) - mais pour le petit pourcentage envoyé depuis le Royaume-Uni, tous les frais et droits de douane sont désormais payés par nous. Si vous avez payé une taxe sur une commande, envoyez-nous un e-mail à help@facetheory.com et nous vous rembourserons. Malheureusement, les courriers ici au Royaume-Uni ne se sont pas préparés autant qu'ils le devraient pour le Brexit. Jamie

“Bought a couple of products from then and while some aren't bad, I don't think it is any better than products you can but on the supermarket. Oil Control skin-care set: The serum is pretty good, the cleanser is too harsh for my face and the moisturiser doesn't do much (3/5) Exfoliating Cloths: Absolutely useless. (1/5)”

“Greetings 🙂 Having only used the Ocuwake Eye Cream and Regena-C moisturizer for only 1 week, I see very minimal results. However, I'll give the products more time to take effect. I do like how it feels on my face. I have adult cystic acne with hyperpigmentation on my light ebony skin.”

“I always try to support this brand but the service and delivery I find very difficult to work with. I was told there was going to be delays after emailing you guys and was told brexit is affecting my delivery but on your site it says ships from the EU. So I don't understand why its still taking so long.”

“I suffer with quite dry flaky skin but yet am prone to spots. I purchased the face and body scrub, the facial cleanser, the pore brightner, the day moisturiser and the night moisturiser. I have been using them for nearly a week now and haven't seen any improvement in my dry flaky skin however they haven't made me any spottier which is good. The scented day moisturiser smells beautiful so refreshing however the night moisturiser with the lavender scents stinks, it smells of old people. I would have purchased the unscented one but one of the other reviews stated the it smelt smoky. The face and body scrub is very gentle on the skin and again it being the mandarin scent it is devine. The daily cleanser is nice and does leave my skin feeling refreshed however it stings my face when massaging it in. The pore brightner I am undecided on at the moment it doesn't seem to do anything, my pores are dark still and I have a feeling that may be why the moisturiser isn't hydrating my skin. Each product is good as a little does go a long way.”

“One of my jars was chipped. Broken glass through the packaging and both scrubs were overflowing out the sides with product possible from heat or the lids not done up properly.”

“La livraison promise en 48 heures s’est au final déroulé en presque deux semaines. Bien que facetheory ne soit pas directement responsable du temps de livraison, il devrait envisager un changement de prestataire ou rallonger le temps de livraison annoncé. En outre, les produits sont classiques. Les textures sont agréables, le cleanser est vraiment top, mais les odeurs sont trop fortes. Même les gammes gently scented sont à forte teneur en parfum (naturel il me semble) ce qui peut-être très gênant pour des personnes sensibles comme moi. Je n’ai pas d’irritation ni de réactions cutanées ce qui est un plus pour les peaux à eczéma et réactives. La gamme hydratation est très complète pour les peaux sèches, mais les parfums contenu dans les crèmes sont trop forts.”
