“Its been a week of using it. I have no negative points to mention, but so far i didnot even see any change. So waiting to discover if any hood happens to my skin.”

“I’ve been using facetheory products for over a year now. I love them I even recommend them to friends. I decided to try the Porebright Serum N20 Pro to reduce the spots I get every month with my period but I wasn’t happy with the results. I had to stop using it. The spots will show up anyway but would not come out, they were like internal spots. They don’t go away so I have a few red bumps in my face now. I’m hoping they disappear now that I stop using it.”

“I have tried the makeup remover purchased to remove eye makeup as I my usual cream one has been discontinued, this did the job better than the miceller style ones but is thinner than expected & therefore need to be careful not to let it seep into the eye; it does remove effectively though. I have not yet tried my serum as I have one to finish off first.”

HI Anon It would be illegal to sell it, unfortunately. Cosmetics have to have preservatives if they're hydrous (with water) under UK and EU law. The bugs would be far more damaging to your skin than a small amount of potassium sorbate. Jamie

“Hello, This products regena vit c 30%... It iritated my skin, made it red and burning( I used before L- ascorbic acid 20% and I didn' t have any problems). I wanted to use a more stable form of vit C and I chose this, but dissapoited, it even make my dark spots darker( I also use spf 50 daily). I still want to try your azelaic acid, hope I can get better rezults for my melasma and dark sport.”

“I love their products but their jojoba oil totally ruined my face, I’ve used jojoba oil from hollard and barret and that worked well so I thought to buy all products in one place and my face reacted.”

“I bought the pro hydration gift set. I love that it comes in glass jars and I love the ethics behind the brand but I haven’t had the results I wanted and my skin has started to break out badly. Perhaps my skin is too sensitive for the products :( gutted as I wanted to love them so much!”

“I.m using regena with C moisturiser but also says it has 3% retinol...Its nice on the face but does not do what I expected.. I use a retinol o.3 All the time from skincuticals which is amazing and results were what I expected but this is just a moisturizer and can say no more...amazing this cream is not..sorry to say”

“Only been using products for a week now so that’s why I have given 3 stars but confident in saying i would give 5 stars as already I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin. I have pigmentation and uneven skin tone which is not as visible as before. Skin looks and feels very healthy and has a glow. I’m confident to not wear any concealers and live in my best skin. Thank you face theory as all products were selected for me using their simple question tool which made it easier for me to decide what my skin needed.”

“I love the day and night face cream. However, the non-petroleum lip balm has not lived up to my expectations. I was hoping this will help me keep my lips moist instead this dries out my lips even more than me having not applied anything on my lips. So I am really disappointed with the lip balm.”

“I'm only just started using the C30 vitamin c serum but it has made me break out on my chin. I'm hoping it's purging and nothing else. It's worrying as with my black skin we scar easily. I like the consistency though.”

“I have been using Rejuvenating Skincare Gift Set products and Porebright Serum for a month now and I do not feel the results which were advertised. I still have black heads and pimples poping out, skin texture is pretty much the same. I only feel the skin more hydrated probably thanks to the moisturising whip, this really feels nice. But overall experience is just ok - nothing bad to my skin has happened, but nothing too good either.”

“This is my first bottle of the new formula and I have to be honest I’m not sure about it. It stings like crazy if you get it in your eyes and it has a fishy sort of smell! I have also noticed some spots have appeared under my skin where I have Rosaeca which is the first time this has happened since I started using Facetheory products a year ago. I am still using it at the moment to see if my skins settles down with it but I am a bit disappointed this time round, this is the first negative comment I have had with Facetheory.”

“This product is good but it did not react well with my skin. After a couple of uses my skin started to break out more that it normally does. It was a shame that this happened but now I know that this product wasn’t for me.”

“products are nice, however shopping for them is very difficult. mixing prodcuts to create a routine is not easy. much more could be done to recomend products and routines. if there was more support there wuld be more sales.”

“I was very excited to use facetheory after so many great reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I purchased C2 and A15, I suffer from rosacea and acne. I had pretty bad reaction from both products resulting my skin to become very red, burning and itchy. I tried using it on and off for a month but it wouldn’t go away. I have used all the active components/acids before but never had a reaction to them. On the other hand, facetheory was very understanding and supportive. Great and efficient customer service.”
