“Very good packaging but after changes to the products once I still do not see any result as clamed in the adverts. Also chnaging the products was not easy, I had to follow up several times to be heard else I was ignored saying once you chage you cant change anymore. But where does 365 days chnage policy go then ? I might not use it again, thought I have all half ful l bottles still left with me”

“Les produits ont été reçus dans un très grand carton pour une toute petite boite avec beaucoup de papiers pour la proteger, ce n’était pas tres utile d’en mettre autant néanmoins les produits étaient très bien protégés et présentés. J’ai commandé 4 produits, un nettoyant, un sérum, une crème de jour ainsin qu’une crème de nuit. Le nettoyant est un nettoyant basique rien de spécial, en tout cas je n’ai vu aucune différence depuis son utilisation. J’aurai préféré en tube ou à pompe mais autre que dans un pot pas très pratique ni très hygiénique de tremper ses doigts à chaque utilisation, ou bien fournir avec une petite spatule au moins. Le sérum a également eu aucun effet je n’ai pas vu d’amélioration.. La crème de nuit aussi basique que celle du jour. Celle du jour qui je trouve reste assez grasse et qui a du mal à pénétrer ou bien c’est juste ma peau le problème. En somme les produits que j’ai pu tester n’ont pas eu grand effet sur ma peau mais je ne suis non plus déçu ou bien à moitié !”

“The products felt nice however did not agree with my skin I broke out quite badly after two days of using them. So I’ve had to stop using them which is a shame as I did like how they felt especially the toner. I went for the unscented toner to prevent breakouts but I guess the formulation was just not for me”

“I purchased a set of routine skincare products from Facetheory a week ago and have been religiously using them night and day as instructed. I started suffering from “mask-ne” since being a frontline worker and having to wear a mask day in and day out for more than 12 hours a time. I never suffered from excessive spotting so I thought the well-reviewed products from Facetheory would do the trick. They didn’t. I am still very much full of spots and scars and have now just given up and sticking to drinking water and praying for a miraculous skin recovery (possibly after Covid is eradicated). The products I got were the: Clarifying cleanser - it burns slightly in the t-zone area after a minute in (not sure if it’s meant to do that) Retin-C vitamin scar treatment oil - it leaves my face quite greasy unless paired with the oil free moisturiser (so can’t have one without the other); so far it did nothing to the scars on my face though :( Porebright serum n10 - I wake up with really soft skin after the night routine - cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturiser- so maybe one of the products has hit the mark? I’m not sure to be honest but the soft skin feels nice. Super gel-oil free moisturiser - so far seems to work in only absorbing the oil from the vitamin c serum so I’ll just keep applying until I run out.”

“Estoy satisfecha, tanto con el trato y como con el envío. Respecto a los resultado es pronto para decir cosas. Por un lado estoy satisfecha con el Serum Porebright N10, me deja la piel jugosa y esta ayudando con las rojeces. Por otra parte no repetiré con la Vitamina C al 20%, me ha causado reacción, saliéndome rojeces y granitos.”

“I was very happy with Regina Calm 3% serum for the last two years. But I accidentally ordered Reginacalm 2% with a few less ingredients in the serum. I don’t really recommend this product as it doesn’t make the effects like the PRO one with 3%+ other ingredients. If I realized I got the wrong product I would definitely returned and get the correct one but I opened the bottle and realized as the color of the serum is white my original was more yellowish. I am sad with my mistake :( Read the products carefully before buying it. I am adding the photo of the product I recommend not the last one I bought.”

“The Vitamin C cream cleanser is gentle but the jar it is in is not ideal. The wash is slippery and hard to get out with your hand. This should be in a bottle with a pump so that you can control the amount used and it can be easily distributed on the face. The product is really hard to use otherwise, especially with water on your hand. I wouldn't buy this again because of this.”

“Super Produkt! V.a. Super Kundenservice! Kompetent, verbindlich und präzise. Dass der Regeneration "Moisturiser PRO, gently scented" jetzt nicht mehr im praktischen Pumpspender, sondern nur noch in der umständlichen Schraubdose verfügbar ist, muss ich -STARK- bemängeln. Ich fülle nun den Moisturizer in von mir gekaufte Pumpspender um. Eklige Kleckerei! Für das "alte Produkt" im Pumpspender wäre ich auch bereit gewesen, mehr zu bezahlen. -Dafür 2 Sterne weniger.”

“Choix de produits intéressant et de qualité , commande et envoi rapide. Au bout d'une dizaine de jours je sens que la texture de ma peau change, plus lisse et douce. Cependant il est difficile de trouver la bonne combinaison et quantité de produit adapté à sa peau. Aucune réaction rougeur ou autre, mais quelques heures après application de la lotion+serum+crème hydratante, ma peau brille.... Et je n'apprécie pas ça du tout.....”

“I like the feel of the products, doesn’t leave my face too dry when I use the facial cleanser or too greasy when I use the retinol products. However I have been using for over a week and my scars have not yet began to fade. Also there are no clear instructions on how to properly use product to ensure maximum effect and observable improvements.”

“I have only been using my products for a week , my spots have worsened but I have read this is my skin purging so I am going to keep on with them. The face wash smells lovely and I am getting used to the routine . I look forward to seeing some results soon.”
