“This is my first bottle of the new formula and I have to be honest I’m not sure about it. It stings like crazy if you get it in your eyes and it has a fishy sort of smell! I have also noticed some spots have appeared under my skin where I have Rosaeca which is the first time this has happened since I started using Facetheory products a year ago. I am still using it at the moment to see if my skins settles down with it but I am a bit disappointed this time round, this is the first negative comment I have had with Facetheory.”

“This product is good but it did not react well with my skin. After a couple of uses my skin started to break out more that it normally does. It was a shame that this happened but now I know that this product wasn’t for me.”

“products are nice, however shopping for them is very difficult. mixing prodcuts to create a routine is not easy. much more could be done to recomend products and routines. if there was more support there wuld be more sales.”

“I was very excited to use facetheory after so many great reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I purchased C2 and A15, I suffer from rosacea and acne. I had pretty bad reaction from both products resulting my skin to become very red, burning and itchy. I tried using it on and off for a month but it wouldn’t go away. I have used all the active components/acids before but never had a reaction to them. On the other hand, facetheory was very understanding and supportive. Great and efficient customer service.”

“I’ve been using the products for a week. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed however the problem acne I’ve been having hasn’t improved as much as I’d hoped. Willing to give it more time for the promised results.”

“I love the ingredients list, the packaging and the service. However for me when the moisturiser dries it leaves a layer on my skin that flakes off when you rub it so it doesn't look very nice. I have been using it at night so I don't have to worry about that issue. Everyones skin is different so this might just be an individual issue. As I said I think it's a brilliant list of ingredients but something doesn't sit well on my skin.”

Hi Ausra Apologies for this - we had a few software related problems with Brexit that we didn't handle well. Things are more under control now for most countries and most of our orders are shipped from the EU. Apologies again. Jamie

“So far, I have used this night cream only for three days. I like the way it spreads thin on the face but it gets thicker towards the end of applying. I would rather like to use this product at least few weeks before giving any reviews.”

“Due Brexit my country (Austria) set very high tariffs on my order and I was not informed by you how high it would be. My order was around 57€ and the tariffs for it were roughly 30€ which is outrageous.”

“Die Philosophie des Unternehmens finde ich klasse. Die Tagescreme riecht trotz "unparfumiert" ein wenig abgestanden! Die Nachtcreme sowie die Tagescreme sind sehr reichhaltig. Benutze beides seit 2 Wochen und bin grundsätzlich zufrieden, werde e jedoch nicht nochmal bestellen (Stand jetzt).”
