“I love this company’s products! My original bottle of this cleanser was lost in a move and I was heartbroken. The new packaging is something else! First, the SIZE of the tube of face cleanser wowed me when I opened it. And the bolt - yes, it is a machine quality bolt, that is totally unexpected. I’ve never encountered this level of detail in a face product before! The formula is delicious on your skin. Creamy, soothing not to mention the smell is amazing. All around a great product. You can’t beat the quality for this price! Everything is something you would think to encounter with a 100$+ tube of face cleanser, but this product checks all of the boxes and then some for an unbelievable value. Most highly recommended.”

“Very happy with first purchase of a cleanser, them the retinol.noght cream which I preferred to the £80 plus one I was using so I'm now gradually replacing other products. All are good and usually cheaper and better than what I had.”

“Loved the old jar packaging…with the new toothpaste style tubing I find the too difficult to replace/ fiddly, if it isn’t some product comes out after use. I find I’m using more product now also as a result and I anticipate some waste at the end, whereas before I could scrap the jar clean. Still a great product, I just find the above disappointing”

“Je suis énervé j’ai commandé la crème que j’avais déjà commandé et qui me correspondais j’ai reçu une autre d’un packaging différent, la texture n’étais pas du tout crémeuse et on a des bout noir au fond du pot de plus elle a irrité ma peau alors qu’après avoir contacté le service client on m’a répondu que cetais la « même composition » je ne pense pas du tout étant le résultat qu’on a eu ! Moi qui commençais à aimer la marque..”

“I suffered from tingling sensation😭, my skin became drier!! SUFFERING discomfort this is due that my skin starts showing symptoms of burns. I stopped using it!”

You made the right decision to discontinue use of the product immediately upon noticing these symptoms. It appears that your recent purchase includes several products with high acid and retinol content. Using these products too frequently or in high concentrations right away can disrupt the skin's protective barrier, leading to increased sensitivity and potential irritation. To minimise the risk of skin irritation, it's important to introduce these products to your skin gradually. Start with each product once or twice a week and slowly build up to more frequent use as your skin adapts. “Whilst I love the products the packaging is terrible. More often than not my product is grey from the metal. The words on my hyaluronic acid bottle have started to disappear. This morning I was treated to a lovely shard of metal from my eye-cream. Disappointing and dangerous.”

“The retinol firming moisturiser is great and shows results, but lacks that nourishing feel and needs a spf. Love the industrial look, but prefer the old packaging. The tubes don't stand up when your halfway through using the product and starts to look tacky and will need to cut open the tube/ packaging at the bottom near the end of use to get the rest of the moisturiser out else you won't get your monies worth and alot of product may be wasted .”

“I’ve been using the retinol firming moisturiser & hydra serene night cream. I’ve not noticed that they’re reducing any aging etc but they go on really well and smell gorgeous.”
