“Les produits correspondent à ce qui est proposé. Par contre le service client est très mauvais. Des réponses automatiques et limités à deux mots. Leurs choix de transporteur n'est pas adapté. Un livraison qui devrait prendre 2 jours (selon leur site), apris plus d'une semaine. J'ai dû payer des frais d'envoi alors que leur publicité disait que c'était gratuir.”

“Have loved most of the products I’ve tried so far but the delivery takes so long. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no sign of my order, it’s a bit inconvenient because you need to order well in advance of when the products run out.”

“I love the Regena-C moisturizer and the cleanser but have been disappointed by the night cream(too greasy) and make-up remover. I will definitely be choosing more wisely, and not buy all of the products that catch my eye but will definitely repurchase the ones I liked.”

“J’ai acheté la crème de jour hydratante... mais je suis obligée d’en mettre 2 fois de suite pour que ma peau ne tiraille pas Donc pas réellement satisfaite 😕 Sinon parfum et texture agréable J’aurais apprécié avoir une petite spatule pour prendre la crème ou un tube, plus hygiénique (même si j’ai les mains propres quand je l’utilise !)”

“Ma peau réagit aux produits, donc pas adapté pour moi, il faudra peut être que je teste la gamme plus douce mais celle ci me pique la peau surtout pour le nettoyant C2 que je dois rincer instantanée Le service client a été très réactif et m'a remboursé.”

“J’ai commandé 4 produits 2 sont top et 2 autre flop. La première catégorie est juste nickel elle hydrate la peau sans laisser de film gras. La deuxième catégorie trop gras, laisse un film gras désagréable sur la peau en plus de noircir le teint, ce que je ne rechercher pas dans mon achat. Je compte demander un remboursement pour les deux autres.”

“Personally didn't feel this mask was up to much. I have combination/red skin and this mask just seemed to be absorbed into my face and I had a breakout the day after. Good website and fast delivery though, this product was the first I tried and I dont think I'd bother with trying anything else after.”

“I just got the items. I am disappointed with the packaging coz the moisturizers had dentures and distorted. Boxes of moisturizers are totally damaged. Given that it is to be shipped internationally, it could have more protective packaging to secure the items.”
