“Love the products & I've tried a few. They seem to suit me and are a good mid point price range . Particularly like the Retinal 0.2 and the daily moisturiser Vitamin C in Bergamot. Great products. Had a problem with the eye cream I bought and it was sorted out by you online with a replacement same day. Great service . Thank you”

“I like that it’s fragrance free and easy to apply. I do t care for how it makes my face a bit sticky. But as soon as I cover it up with makeup or powder, the stickiness is gone. Time will tell if this is a good moisturizer for me.”

“I have used Facetheory products for ~ 4 years now, and generally preferred their "old" formulations. People would ask me where I'd been / what was different about me, as their products were so effective. Just bought a rpelacement vitamin C serum - its so thick and sticky in comparison to the now unavailable previous product and so I am less likely to use daily.”

“Ordered "Retinal Supreme MultiCream 0.05%". Having used it for over 2 months now, I haven't seen any improvements whatsoever. I'm not sure about the efficacy of the product.”

It’s understandable to feel uncertain about its efficacy after using it for over two months without noticeable improvement. This product is formulated with 0.05% retinaldehyde, a gentler but effective form of vitamin A, designed especially for those new to retinoids or with sensitive skin. Generally, users report it helps brighten, firm, smooth, and clear the skin, with clinical trials showing high satisfaction in these areas within about 4 weeks, but skin responses can vary widely and results often develop gradually. Since 0.05% is the mildest strength, some users may need to use it longer or eventually increase the strength (to 0.1% or 0.2%) to achieve more noticeable effects, depending on their skin’s tolerance. If you haven’t already, ensure you’re applying the product as recommended — at night on clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area, and using SPF daily as retinoids increase sun sensitivity. Also, retinoids can sometimes cause an initial period where visible improvements are subtle or slow while the skin adjusts. “Lovely cream cleanser with a subtle scent of mandarin. Takes off makeup and cleans my skin without any issues . I like the ingredients no nasties and the tube will last me a couple of months so value for money I usually use a balm cleanser for my menopausal skin so this is new to me but the ethos and marketing grabbed my attention so fingers crossed I will be looking at other products in the range”
