“I bought 5 differents product and I have been using them for about 2 weeks. I noticed my face and neck are getting darker and uneven, the melasma on my forehead area also is speading, hence I will like to return them and get my money back. I will appreciate, if you can advise me on what to do please as I have spent quite a lot of money on these!!!. Thank you, Modupe”

“I’ve been using facetheory for about 3 years now and the products are so great. Nourishing and moisturising without the heaviness of other products. I use cleaners, moisturisers and on older skin transformative - less abrasive face cleaners and keeping my skin nourished and not drying out. 10/10”

“I think the quality of the products has changed a bit.Also as a user it was much convinient to use from glass bottles than tubes as the cap for the tubes breaks very easily.”

“Love the products but the metal screw-on lids are too fiddly. Please consider bringing back the glass pots!”

“Got the Hydraoat daily moisturiser and it is lovely, also got the HydraSerene night cream and this one isn't quite right for me. Feels heavy and doesn't sink in properly on my skin.”
