“I usually use obagi. I have pigmentations on my face and their product clears it up. I thought I'd try product from here as its half the price and my daughter skin looks nice from using this skincare. For me ,I'm gonna dig a little deeper in my pocket and go back to obagi. These facetheory products leave my skin feeling greasy and looking sweaty. Its uncomfortable on my face and very hard to put makeup on. My pigmentation remains unchanged. Disappointed 😞”

“Products arrived in good time. I ordered the Sunfragma SPF 25 melting balm which I found to be very oily and didn't feel good on my skin I had to wipe it off after a while with every use. Also I feel like it is a low SPF. I also purchased the Supergel Moisturiser which I find ok it doesn't wow me. I needed something in replace of the Versed dew point moisturizing gel-cream as it has been out of stock and I will be returning to using the Versed moisturiser once back in stock.”

“Read this If you have nut allergies... I used this on my face once and had such good results just the next day. My face looked brighter after just one use. I was so happy as nothing has been this effective before. But then... The next day, I could tell something wrong with my skin as it was itchy and I had a couple of red spots where I applied it. Which is rare for me as a poc. I googled mandelic acid and found out it’s made from bitter almonds!! This should definitely be made clear on the packaging imo.. It’s been almost a week now and I now have a small cluster of spots on my forehead. And a rash on my eyelids :( I thank God it wasn’t worse though. This product is actually effective, hence the three stars. Just be careful if you have nut allergies...”

“Ich bin zufrieden von service gewesen, allerdings ich warte immer noch auf eine Ergebnis von die Vitamin c20 ich gekauft habe. Diese Vitamin bis jetzt hat noch nicht die schwarze Flecken ich auf meinem Gesicht habe, genau sowie Pigmentflecken, meine Haut ist nicht einbissen heller geworden wie erwartet, sonst zieht schnell ein und ich werde bis zu Ende benutze um zu sehen ob ich etwas erreichen kann.”

“This will sound silly, but I love the products purely because friends have given good feedback. But, I’m not entirely sure how I’m supposed to use them. For example I purchased the face theory porebright N10 serum.. I thought it would help lighten my under eyes. But now I think I’m suppose to be using it all over the face (judging by other reviews), I didn’t have large pores as the other reviewers suggested, so I’m not sure if I’ve chosen the wrong product for myself or if I’m using it incorrectly. Ie do I use it directly after a cleanser and then apply a moisturiser or am I suppose to apply after a moisturise.. before bed.. when I wake.. several times a day?! It would be useful to have a ‘recommended routine’. I have given 3 stars, because I know most of this is down to my own miseducation and the products themselves are rebound for being good”

“I ordered the cleanser mainly after reading reviews about how it helped with acne. I have been using the cleanser twice daily for over a month now and my acne has neither improved nor worsened. The cleaner has, however, removed most of my blackheads and my skin feels smooth after using it.”

“Habe die Produkte jetzt seit einer Woche und bin bisher zufrieden. Unzufrieden bin ich jedoch damit, dass man für die Entnahme der Creme immer mit den Fingern in den Topf greifen muss. So werden sich die Bakterien wohl sehr vermehren.”

“I have only been using some of the products for 2 weeks, purchased day and night cream, scrub, cleanser and face mask - so far I have not noticed any difference in my skin so I cant give it a 5 as yet - i do find the face creams quiet heavy on the skin - I dont dislike the products but yet to see any difference or reduction in pores - will persevere”

“J'ai bien reçu mes produits, pour l'instant je ne peux juger l'efficacité car je les utilise depuis 3 jours seulement, je ne doute pas de leur qualité mais j'ai une remarque à faire, c'est que le plaisir sensoriel dans l'utilisation d'un produit est très important, les marques de luxe l'ont bien compris^^, je trouve que l'odeur de ma crème est limite désagréable, aucun plaisir à l'application, c'est dommage ça me rebute un peu et je ne pense pas racheter. A croire qu'on ne peut pas allier efficacité, formules clean et plaisir d'utilisation... Dommage mais pour moi c'est un critère important, mettre une crème qui ne sent pas bon c'est un peu rédhibitoire...après je ne juge pas la qualité intrinsèque qui est sûrement bonne. Merci”

“I have only been using the cleanser, moisturizer and night cream for about two weeks, so the verdict is still out. My face was in bad shape (itchy, red, dry, broken out) before I started using these products. A lot has gotten better although still not completely cleared. The good thing is my issues have not gotten worse. I wanted to try basic products before venturing into the acne products because my skin is extremely sensitive. I am seeing some improvement, so my skin might be ready for that next step.”
