“I like the good and the glass jars but could you use paper tapes please fo packing the package? If that's expensive some brands do $1 fee for 'green' packaging, so use only paper.”

“The products felt amazing to use however I had a break out as soon as I used them. I had the freshening face wash, whip moisturiser and a serum but I immediately broke out. I used them for a few days to see if there would be any improvement but sadly not. Returned for a refund however if your skin is not reactive like mine try the products and see, sadly not for me.”

“I have been using Facetheory products for seven months now and unfortunately I haven't seen much of a difference on my skin. I still have my pores, blackheads and spots I get at the same exact area. The only difference I've noticed is that my skin is less oily but that could also be due to the fact that I've stopped wearing as much make up as I used to in order to help the process. I like that the products aren't too heavy on the skin but it's just hasn't worked for me unfortunately. I am giving three stars because I do like the packaging and the staff are always kind and helpful. Products I've been using: C2 Clarifying cleanser, Regena C Moisturiser, Ocuwake Eye cream eye 1, Cera - C Pore Reducing toner, Pink clay Aha face mask and Regenacalm 2% Retinol and Vitamin C Serum S1. Hope this is helpful.”

“The Moisturizer and Cleanser are a real Dreamteam for my (oily/acne prone) skin! Yet the BHA Exfoliant Serum; Porebright Serum and the Colloidal-C Anti-Redness Toner are very, very sticky and caused pimples (I used very little of the product, around 1-2 Drops).”

“It’s not even n a week since I am using the cleanser I order. So I am not sure if there is any good change in my skin. If anything, I have noticed some small bumps since I have started to use the cleanser. I know I have a sensitized skin, it take time to adjust to new products. I have decided to give it another week. Let see.”

“I love your products but the volume of packaging is honestly ridiculous. I often order a face cleanser on its own, but you use incredible amounts of paper to ship this one little glass jar. An important reason why I chose to buy from you in the first place was that you were vegan, cruelty-free, natural, and that you have gradually eliminated plastic packaging, so this is rather disappointing for me. I might need to shop elsewhere if this doesn't change.”

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately couriers aren't always as careful with our products as we'd like. We do a lot of crash tests on our packaging to use the minimum amount to ensure your product gets there safely - if we used any less it increases the chance of breakages. All the paper in the packaging is from recycled sources. Jamie

“Not sure how I feel about product yet, but order process was a bit frustrating. I ordered the ultimate set(a big investment!) to give several products a try but 3 different items were not included that were suppose to be. They have sent them out now, but that was a dissapointment. Also wish there were instructions included in box...when to use what serum and with what moisturizer etc. The lipbalm that came in the kit was rancid(the oils), so they had to send another one. As for the products, I previously used the rosehip oil and love it. I wish there was more of a scent(of course natural), especially in lip balm and hand lotion. At this point very unsure how I feel about the experience and the products. I am hoping after use, I find they are so great that all of this drama was worth it!”

“Relaxing Night Cream is average, not as thick an velvety as Lumin's version. Ocuwake Eye Cream feels hot more chemically then Lumin's version. It burns if you get a touch in your eye.”

“Très satisfaite des produits. De bons résultats les 2 premières semaines et grosse crise d'acné la 3 ème. Je ne sais pas quel produit est en cause. Pour l'instant ça nne se calme pas, nouvelles imperfections tous les jours.”
