“I’ve used this company for about 12 years (before they switched to LED even!) I love them, my last set lasted 8 years before they stopped working of almost constant use. I love the lights, however for the price I really think a plug should be included. The website say it uses the same as your phone charger but actually it’s the usb one which is pretty old school now and my phone hasn’t used that type of charger for a long time now. So after spending £50+ on a set of lights I had then go and purchase something extra for them to work. Only issue but other than that fab fab fab!”

“Love the product, great idea. Would have liked a few more blues to choose from. My husband says it looks like molecules and my son says planets. I just said "pretty!"”

“Our very old lights stopped working after we had decorated the tree (where they looked lovely) I was very disappointed but all was saved by outstanding service from Cable & Cotton. We ordered a new string on the afternoon of 19 Dec and it arrived the next morning. We weren't sure if our old shades would fit but were able to fit them and our decorations were back as before. Thank you for exceptional service”

“Bought to replace old lights bought from their shop years ago which had blown , took sometime tracking them down online as didn’t have the company name. Replaced the Pom poms hoovered the dust off and easily popped them on new cable. Good as new”

“Fantastic service. I have bought several sets as Christmas presents and they have arrived within 48 hours of ordering. All are beautifully packaged. I know they are an amazing product having had a set up permanently in my lounge for seven years. So pretty.”

“The replacement cable is much improved on the original one we were struggling with. It is now easier to slot the balls in over the bulbs without them falling off and the separate switch is also helpful. Package arrived quickly sono problems with getting the lights ready for Christmas.”
