Our very old lights stopped working after we had decorated the tree (where they looked lovely) I was very disappointed but all was saved by outstanding service from Cable & Cotton. We ordered a new string on the afternoon of 19 Dec and it arrived the next morning. We weren't sure if our old shades would fit but were able to fit them and our decorations were back as before. Thank you for exceptional service
