“Very quick delivery and the goods were just as described. I've replaced a string of filament lights which we have had for several years and which had begun to fail with a string of LEDs while keeping the original cotton balls so that should now keep them going for a good few years.”

“Overall, I have been very happy with the ordering process, quick despatch and received my lights quickly and efficiently. Really happy with them. “The cotton ball lights are great - easy to put together and look lovely. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I've marked Cotton and Cable down for 2 reasons - the websiteand the service after the orderwas placed. The website isn't very easy to navigate and it's hard to see which colours you have selected. I had selected Marine Blue in error but as it circles the colours selected in black it was not obvious it had been selected. The website does not give you chance to review which colours you have selected until the confirmation email. When, I saw that what I had ordered was incorrect, I emailed Cotton and Cavle to amend the order but got no response. Despite 2 emails and a DM on Instagram (there's no telephone number on the website), I got no reply and the order arrived wirh the Marine Blue lights in. It is a shame that this aspect of the purchase was unsatisfactory because the product is lovely and it's great to support smaller businesses. I would order from them again but really hope that the ordering process is improved.”

“After years of good service my old light string stopped working, so I ordered a replacement from Cable and Cotton. When they arrived I realised the lights were a different shape and wouldn't fit on the old cotton balls so, before I realised I could just cut bigger holes in the lights, I went ahead and ordered a new set of covers. I contacted Cable and Cotton straight away and got a swift reply to say they'd cancel the order for me. Brilliant customer service (thanks, Sharif!) and it's lovely to have my old lights back up. Would highly recommend, they add a real warmth to any room.”

“Very efficient service. We've had 2 x35 strings with light bulbs for many many years but no longer working even with replacement bulbs. The new LEDs are v easy to pop in,though the lighting effect is slightly different (using LEDs in our original C&C light shades) . Getting used to it”
