“Excellent service. We mistakenly ordered a dark set of cotton ball lights, but with the help of Kate in customer services, who sent us a replacement set by first class post in time for Christmas, we now have a lovely selection of paler colours adorning our hearth. Thank you.”

“The lights are beautiful and the service excellent. Putting the lights together was a bit painful as some of the lights hadn't been cut at all and there were some that were too small and others quite large. If you could address that it would have been absolutely perfect!”

“I love these lights even more now they use led's and they're on a string rather than a loop. I wish it was easier to see exactly what the colours are and is frustrating that they see to go out of stock quite often”

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your post. I am delighted you love your new LED lights! Our website illustrates the colours as realistically as possible but it is hard to replicate all the colours perfectly - also how we perceive colour can be very individual. Our stock did fluctuate over Christmas due to such a busy period but we expect to have all colours available again by the end of this week. In the meantime I hope you enjoy your lovely light set.
